Bridlewood Golf Club
About
Designed by D.A. Weibring, Bridlewood Golf Course features a spectacular combination of links-style and traditional features as it snakes its way through the flat farmlands and terrain that seem to be specifically created for golf.
The front nine isn’t as rugged as the back, and its first few holes feel more residential than the rest of the course. Two holes stand out. No. 8 is all carry over water at 195 yards, followed by the monster -- a par 4 that demands one heck of a tee shot to avoid the water left and out-of-bounds right in finding the skinny fairway. Next comes a long, long approach that will have you begging for a bogey.

Good course
I enjoyed the course. The greens and fairways were in good condition. The bunkers were not in good condition due to recent heavy rains which washed much of the sand out but that did not affect the enjoyment of the course.
Top 20 track in DFW
Great course , really nice layout with the fairways and greens. Great shape. We really enjoyed our round and will be playing here again. Will be looking to host a tournament here.
Nice golf course. Fairways and greens are in excellent condition. I had a cart, but we warned if you are walking. Add a mile or more to your walking, because some of tee boxes are a long way from the previous green. Staff was very friendly. Course has some challenging holes, but has some drivable par 4’s to get back any strokes you lost. Would definitely recommend this course if you are in the area.
Perfect Sunday round
My wife and I teed off at 0720 Sunday morning. Course was in excpetion shape and pace of play was under 4 hours and we walked. Well worth the green fee.
Bridlewood Golf course
Course and greens were incredible today. Would play conditions like this everyday.
Beautiful shape
Best shape from tee to green I have played this year,,especially the greens...Great value and track.
Great Track-
Awesome track and country club feel, great greens, beautiful layout. Defiantly go back.
Fun course, great value, good condition, rude Marshall.
This was my first time playing this course and I highly recommend!
The course was in good condition for this time of year. Speed of the greens were quick and great to play on. Cart was great and the range was great as well.
ONLY negative experience was with the Marshall. For context, we were in a foursome, pushing the foursome ahead of us and being pushed by the TWOSOME behind us. We were on the green on the 5th hole and the Marshall passed us. We were walking to our carts when he came back to us after talking to the twosome behind us. He waves his hand, as if he was ushering us to our carts and says something like, “come on, move along. Pace is too slow.” I responded with “we’ve been waiting on the foursome in front of us.” (Figured he was complained to from the twosome behind us, so I was speaking to that.) He responded with, “they already teed off!” I hope they had teed off in the time it took us to hit our approach shots and putt out. A couple people and him start talking over each other and he turns around and leaves. Thing is, they place a sheet on the cart that outlines your expected pace of play and we were 20 minutes ahead of schedule. We finished the round over 10 minutes ahead of schedule.
I get it, as a Marshall you should encourage pace of play, but the way he approached us was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The way he spoke to us made a huge difference in the enjoyment of our experience. It instantly took a relaxing, enjoyable round and put us all on edge, constantly worrying about our pace of play and if he’d be coming around the corner, which he never did again.
I’ll be back, because I truly enjoyed the course and facilities, but hope I do not encounter him again.
Enjoyed the layout. Challenging but fair. It was cart path only due to recent rains. Planning on trying to okay it again this summer when it greens up. Definitely recommend playing this course if you have the opportunity.
Great Track
Great course and very nice range to work on all your game. Good food as well.
Good to go playing
We quitting the round of play at hole #10 due to rain start at hole #9th.
