Great course

This is definitely the best course in this area of the state. The greens were running medium fast and in great shape. Fairways and tees boxes were well cut. The only weakness would be the sand. It was well groomed but is thin in places where you can see the plastic tarp base coming through. All in all a great course. They’re building a new club house so until then not much in the way of any eating or drinking experience.

Golf Trip 5/1/26

Fairways were good. Greens were in bad shape. Putting the ball on the greens was like playing plinko. You didn’t know what direction your ball was gonna bounce.

LaTour Review

One of the best hidden gems in Louisiana. Course was in great shape. Fairways and greens. Just aerated the greens on Monday and they were still smooth and rolling. I would recommend anyone to come and play.

Great place to play

Great shape! Greens was really smooth and rolling very well. Fairways and rough was cut perfectly. Latour is probably a top 10course in South Louisiana. I recommend playing this course if your in town.

Crab grass/bugs/confiscated ice chest

I get that you’re not supposed to have an ice chest but EVERYONE does it. We were buying more beer from the cart lady and she confiscated our ice chests.

Crabgrass all over the greens.
