Very nice course with some crazy greens. Only big drawback is there isn’t any ball-cleaning station and just random water jugs. Bring your own water
Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit to Richland. I read another review that the course had flooded a week before but there was none of that. Fairways were fluffy and the greens are quick. I mean lightning fast. The pin placement on seven the day I played was downright mean. It's a great challenge and pace of play was a nine out of 10 for a Thursday!
Larry’s Good Day
Course and amenities fine. weather extremely cold hardly anyone playing but ok.
Aeration was about ten days ago so there was some bumpiness to the greens. Fairways were good some wet areas but easily avoidable. I had wonderful friends to play with just had to keep moving to stay warm enough to play not a lot of time to attend to nature’s beauty but ok.
Way over priced
The course was extremely wet from overnight rain, cart path only conditions. Many of the greens were damaged recently by machinery. There were large gouges on the putting services. The carts were extremely old and were very noisy. My bag fell off of the cart when the belt clamp failed, I reclamped the bag on three different occasions. Poor value for the cost
Favorite golf course
This golf course is a great place to play golf. Just enough challenging holes to test your skills!
Great greens and fresh sand in 80% of the bunkers
Greens there for this time of the year are awesome. Glad to see fresh sand and most of the bunkers still some work to do with the Fairway bunkers but overall good. Tee boxes were also fair for this time of year hard to beat it for the money.
Amazing course, beautiful views
The course was very nice, so many great views and the staff was excellent.
Great place to golf!
Love this course. Will be back soon. Staff was kind and very informative.
Really nice shape for this time of year
Have played this course a lot but it has been a while. Surprised by how good the conditions were. Extremely cold and windy day, but played in under four hours. Only complaint about this course is two or three goofy holes. Number 9 should be bulldozed and try something different. Very enjoyable day.
Ski slope greens
All the holes seemed to be at the top of a ski slope. You missed it was going right off the green.
Richland Golf Review
The Greens were in great shape and like ice. During the week I was pleased that it was wide open for us all day. My few issues are that about 50% of the bunkers were solid ground with little/no sand and our cart died on the 1st hole and they had to bring out a new cart. I’ve been here a few times, and the cart got a flat tire and they had to bring out new cart. Their cart paths are so bumpy and damaged it’s wild. Like BMX rally bumps. If they spent the money to fix them it would make this place a 5 star course. Overall we really enjoyed it and great weather helps.
A wet towel works great for cleaning golf balls
