Winter Creek Golf & Country Club

Every chance I get I will play Winter Creek. I have played many courses around the OKC area and by far Winter Creek is my favorite. The course is always in great shape. The staff is very friendly and respectful.

Tees, fairways and greens are in great shape.

Favorite hole - #15 (aka Grown Man's par 4). Hit down to the fairway and then back up to the green. You have to hit two great shots to get a GIR.

If you want a great golfing experience, play Winter Creek, you won't regret it.

very nice and challenging course. Fairways are in great condition. The only negative is the greens are starting to burn up. Looks like they are working on it though. Staff was friendly and food was very good, overall a nice course and good value.

this is a premier golf course in Oklahoma a lot of sand traps and water and it is truly a challenging coursa,i was so happy that golf now made this value availabler

The staff here were all very friendly. The course was in great condition for the middle of July, it is a challenging course but still playable for all skill levels. There are bunkers around the greens and on the fairways, but the fairways arent real tight. We were able to find a deal on golf now and for the price we found there is no better course to play. I can't wait to play it again.

Way overpriced for the condition of the course. It was also in the middle of nowhere, had to drive down a single lane road with no shoulder but did pass a Blanchard cop on the way so I didn't have any drinks while at the course. I'll never pay $65 again, I'll just stick to the city courses which are in far better condition and more affordable. The only positive was there was no one else there, I have no clue how the place stays open.

Course was good as always, but greens still showed pot marks from airification. Made putting rough.

Lots of water. Beautiful course. One of the best courses in the Okc area.

This was my first time playing Winter Creek, and I must say for the price I paid through golfnow, I felt like I was getting a steal. The staff was very friendly, the range balls were included in the fee, and the golf carts were equipped with GPS and hole layouts on a touchscreen computer. The course layout was very unique and challenging at times. The greens had just been recently aerated, so they were a bit sandy. They still rolled pretty smooth though, considering. The only real gripe I had is that the golf cart was almost too intelligent for its own good. There was more than one time where I was clearly driving in the normal areas of play and even on the cart path when the cart would suddenly lurch to a stop and say I was driving in a restricted area. The cart would not even let me drive in forwards to get out of the area. I had to use reverse and I am sure that looked pretty silly and stupid to the other people on the course.

First time playing this course. It is a scenic course with some fun and challenging holes. Greens were pretty sandy and had just been aerated but typical for this time of the year. Lots of water and bunkers. I definitely plan to play this course again.

Took advantage of an open house and demo days. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was great and the event was well planned. Another month and the course will be even better. It's a challenging course with fast greens.

This is the first time playing the course this spring and the overall condition has improved dramatically from what I encountered summer of 2014. I can't wait to see how much better it gets as the temperature warms and the grass begins growing. The course should really pop then. The staff I encountered for carts, bar/restaurant and maintenance were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Kudos to the management.

Very nice clubhouse and facilities. Big Screen TV's everywhere. I really like the variety of the course. Several really good holes, all different and challenging, but fair. Quiet and peaceful. Golf in a nice pretty setting. Good food and courteous service too.

Winter Creek is pristine from tee to green on every hole. I was tempted to putt from the fairway more than once. The carts are brand new and include on board GPS that shows distance to the hole. Very cool! There were 2 restrooms on the course and both were very clean. The staff was super friendly. There are lots of water hazards so take extra balls. This course is worth the drive! An added bonus was a great dinner in the clubhouse.

What a great place to visit and play! This beautiful course is located in such a peaceful environment. The food in the club house is excellent! I will definitely plan another golf outing here soon!

I am a member of a private OKC Club and usually stick close to home , however, had the opportunity to play Wintercreek and glad i did. I played it 8 years ago and it has improved significantly since. It is a challenging track, especially from the tips, and accompanied with plenty of water. I look forward to going back this summer once everything has greened up. We had a rain delay and it gave me a chance to have a very good breakfast from the grill. I live in Edmond and it is 60 miles from my driveway or about an hour and was worth the drive.

The layout is awesome. Theere are several holes that you just stare at for a while before you hit because you get caught up in the design. Course was in good conidtion with good grass in the fairways. Greens were smooth. They were not really fast but not slow, just about perfect. It appears that they now have new managment and their team is very friendly and knoladgable.

It was a beautiful but windy spring day in Oklahoma.
The course was in excellent shape, from tee to green.
Course proved to be all we could handle and more.
Very challenging but fair design. Staff was helpful and friendly. On my next trip to the OK City area, I will play this course again..... There are a few holes I would like some revenge on...............

I had no idea that the course was under construction. Holes 9 - 11 have some renovations going on; when finished it will only add to the golf course, but as is it was frustrating to not know ahead of time. There was some fine gravel, and dirt on the 10th and 11th holes as they were receiving a major face lift around the greens.

Overall the course is in great shape; fairway grass is short as expected for this time of the year, rough was a few inches thick, sand play was exceptional, and the greens were FAST and smooth.

Great course but we didn't know the back nine was under construction for the next 20 days until we got there.

A little too much for a course that's not over seeded. In season it should be really nice.
