Pleasantly surprised
We usually play Lakeside across the street, but it had a tournament going on, so I have noticed this was added to GolfNow and its sister course in Norman is a pretty good place to play, so we decided to give it a shot.
Well, I am glad we did. This course is as good and in better shape than any course we have played in the last year. Everything was nice from the fairways to the greens.
It is not a bombers course as you are better off playing for position instead of getting full distance.
The par 3's are short, but that's ok...gives you a chance to work on the short game touch.
Since it is on Golfnow, I certainly plan to go back sometime soon.
Challenging
Good course great grass on fairways and greens roll true.
Great greens and tight fairways
It is all about the drive. Put the ball in the right place or you will pay a price. Beautiful rolling greens. The grounds crew know what they are doing. It is a fun course.
