About
Once home to one of the world's largest herds of Jersey dairy cattle, the site is now the Jersey Meadow Golf Course. The course has evolved and changed dramatically over the years, including a major renovation in 2004 that replaced all the greens with Bermuda grass. The layout is routed through groves of mature oaks, providing a secluded feel to most of the holes. The golf course has a classic design that is still a fair test even by modern standards. Water comes into play throughout in the form of ponds, lakes, and winding creeks that weave through the holes. The 14th is a particularly memorable water hole with a creek all along the left side leading to the island green. The fairways are tightly lined with trees and the greens have subtle but tricky contours.

avoid during construction
The construction has ruined too many holes to make this enjoyable or worth playing now. It will be fine when it’s over, but not until.
Course under CONSTRUCTION
I booked to play 18 holes, when I checked in , I was told to play the back 9 twice. The front 9 was closed due to construction NOT maintenance. This was never mentioned when I booked the tee time, this should be noted and fees should be reduced.
Not worth the money.....
The course is undergoing.a lot of overdue work, but when I booked the tee time, nothing was said about having to play the back 9 twice since the front 9 was closed. In addition, the greens were miserably slow and there is simply no excuse as the surrounding courses have better pace on the greens. Total waste of money and extremely rude and condescending staff as well. Trust me, play anywhere else.
Only had 9 holes open due to construction. This info should be included with the course details.

Jersey meadows
Staff was great, very friendly very informative. 2 holes were no more than 60 yards due to some sort of renovation or construction, there’s also giant power line towers over a few holes. I hit a power line so maybe I’m just bitter.
Course Improvememts
Wait until the course has completed all of their planned improvements before thinking of playing.
Why are two-somes allowed to play on a weekend, especially early in the day. The Starter should pair up two-somes, if possible.
Awful - Poor Drainage
Don’t play this course the day after it rains. Course was half underwater and shouldn’t have even been open. I left after 5 holes.
Wet
We played right after a rain storm came through. Front 9 was closed so we played back 9 twice. It was soaked and no one else was out there.
Nice
Under construction and pro shop people are kinda rude other than drunk girl. Also they don’t let you bring your own water and have no water station on course. Cheap way to make a fast buck. Other than the under repair holes it a fine golf course
It is what it is
Reasonably priced, but can get crowded and slow. They are currently making improvements on the course and have shrunk down 3-4 holes to very short Par 3s.
