Great, fast round 3-1/2 hr walking. Hottest day of the year. Greens in great condition.
Only criticism is the huge rocks on some of the paths. Pretty bumpy to walk a cart over. Other than that — great as expected.
Nice course. "As advertised" by other people's reviews... tight fairways on the front nine. Opens up on the back. Bring lots of ammo because you're gonna lose a few balls (as the staff said... "remember, you don't buy golf balls. You just rent them"). Water in play on many/most holes. Greens and fairways in very good condition.
You need a tracked vehicle to deal with the cart path but just go slow and drive on the grass where needed to avoid potholes and you will be fine.

A good work out
Greens and approaches are will watered, overall in great shape with the new owners, Cardinal
Just the right amount of challenge for my 12 handicap.
This course can eat golf balls if you get too aggressive. Excellent condition and good layout.. The only negative could be the cart paths which are pretty rough, which doesn't bother me.
Great shape considering the extra dry year. Much better than expected. Very challenging course. Greens slower than I’m used to but all green and in good shape
Challenging Off the Tee
Narrow fairways, and water and bush that eat errant tee shots make this course a challenge off the tee. Playing from the fairways was excellent, and they were in great shape considering the dry weather we've experienced in June and early July. The greens were in great shape (except for an occasional hole) and the only complaint I have is the off-road buggy ride you have to take as you meander around the course on the cart paths. It is worth the drive north if you want a challlenge!
Challenging
Tight, bendy course. Rarely do you have a direct line to the flag off the tee box. Seems like there’s water or sand (or both) on every hole. Sure to test your game.
Will Be Back
Played 18 in about 3 and a half hours as a threesome. The greens are in great shape and are running well. Fairways are well maintained. Fun track with water and bunkers throughout.
