Challenging Off the Tee
Narrow fairways, and water and bush that eat errant tee shots make this course a challenge off the tee. Playing from the fairways was excellent, and they were in great shape considering the dry weather we've experienced in June and early July. The greens were in great shape (except for an occasional hole) and the only complaint I have is the off-road buggy ride you have to take as you meander around the course on the cart paths. It is worth the drive north if you want a challlenge!
Challenging
Tight, bendy course. Rarely do you have a direct line to the flag off the tee box. Seems like there’s water or sand (or both) on every hole. Sure to test your game.
Will Be Back
Played 18 in about 3 and a half hours as a threesome. The greens are in great shape and are running well. Fairways are well maintained. Fun track with water and bunkers throughout.
Great day
Course was in really good shape and better than any other I’ve played recently. Nice greens and tee boxes. Crazy busy as expected with Covid.. So no carts available by our tee time so we started walking and they brought a cart out to us on the 2nd hole. Great staff! Play was slow because of the foursome in front of us but we passed them and it was free sailing to the end of the round. A good day!
Nice course
Interesting layout. Reasonably challenging. Bring a couple of extra balls.
Tough but fair
Great layout and conditions and fair price. Course plays tough but fair if you choose the right club off the tee.
Great Course
Great course and friendly staff. Will be back again.
Great course
I will be going back for sure. Very friendly staff and great course
Great course!
First time playing this course, for the money, this course exceeded my expectations. Lots of challenging holes and well kept. Booked another round for tomorrow!
Good Bad & Ugly
Course and weather were great....this course is challenging the player to pick the right club off the tee...Driver can put you into trouble on most holes. Take lots of extra balls
Great course for the price!
All in all good challenging course ! Cart paths are pretty rough but other than that great course for the price, would definitely play here again.
Fair price with a fair play
A little far from city but worth for driving with the price.
Maintenance followed us throughout front 9
I'll start off by saying we got rained out by the 12th hole, but I wasnt impressed with the fact that there were 6+ john Deere vehicles that seemed to be maintaining at the same pace my friends and I were golfing. It was certainly 5 holes the entire time we were on them they were working which didnt make for an enjoyable time. One time the vehicle backfired on my friends birdie putt, luckily he made par. Another instance, my friend has to move his ball to the other side of the fairway to avoid hitting one of the workers who was just sitting right inline with his ball and the hole. It's a well kept course but I would give up some of that for a little more peace and quiet. I had mentioned it to the staff and they just kind of shrugged it off. At least they gave us a rain check for 9 holes. They weren't bad guys, just dont think I'll be going back other than to play the 9 if I'm in the area.
