Cedar Creek Country Club
About
The first course developed along Cedar Creek Lake, this one opened in 1967 as part of a rural retirement community. The course’s namesake waterway slinks its way through the course, coming into play six times as you wind your way through the tree-lined fairways.
Holes of note include the 470-yard, par 4 No. 6, which dives through a chute of trees to a large green. Thankfully, this monster is void of hazards. On the back No. 13 is feast or famine–a short par 5 at 483 yards, but a pond sits in the middle of the fairway. The ender at Cedar Creek goes 520 yards and is fairly manageable if you can keep it out of the trees.
Getting there : From Hwy. 175 east, take the Kemp exit, and look for the signs to the course.

Course is fine, Teeoff is bad
We had 2 guys to cancel due to a death in their family. I paid $12.75 to add them to our twosome and since they cancelled, I'm out the $12.75 with no way to get the money back.
Friendly staff
Staff is friendly and the pace was really good.
Challenging long course.

Cedar creek CC
Love the course. Greens just been ariated and sanded . Good set up will be back
Been awhile good surprise
Hadn’t played here in several years the course has matured very nicely! A good challenge and don’t feel like you have been in brawl when you’re done! Greens were absolutely wonderful condition! Very good day!
Good conditions
Great friendly staff , is a shame if a single no one would let you play with Then which had me up on 3 some in front and backed Up 4 some behind. Several groups of 5 and even a group of 7 - odd for a country club. Over all course in great shape. Just don’t go to get the social aspect of golf if not a snooty member or maybe they were embarrassed of their game .
Rain
IDidn’t play it was just too wet from all the rain
If you are not a member, they don’t want you there
Horrible!! Groups of 6 on 5 holes all in front of us. All members, but absolutely ridiculous. To speed up the game they could have had 3 more groups of 4.
Fun and challenging
Great little course tucked in the back of a neighborhood and bordered by Cedar Creek lake. Plenty of challenging holes as well as some very enjoyable, confidence boosting par 3’s. If I had to pick any one thing out it would be that many of the tee boxes were as hard as concrete when it came to setting a tee. Out side of that we enjoyed our round from start to finish. Club house and restaurant/bar was a nice space and every interaction we had with the staff was more than pleasant. This will be a regular stop for our group moving forward.
