About
Hidden Falls Golf Club is a Leon Howard design that opened in 1974. The course cuts through a pecan grove on the front and what seems like an ocean of water on the back, creating two totally different golf experiences. Howard uncharacteristically left out water on the tight, pecan-lined front, with the wet stuff in play on only one hole. However this one pond plays a role in the best hole on the course, no. 4, which features a pond and waterfall in the landing area off the tee. No. 4 is rated as the most difficult. The more open back nine is dominated by water. No. 10 starts off with a drive of 200-yards-plus over the pond fronting the tee. A small creek comes into play on the next three holes, which lead you to the other signature hole, no. 14. Water lines the left side of the 14th, and the approach is over a small pond. If that's not enough, the final three holes all feature water in play off the tee.

Golf Haven
Course is greening up nicely their watering greens and t boxes just a enjoyable round course set me up with great company
Didn’t get to play
The weather turned extremely cold the day of our tee time. The golf course mgr wouldn’t give a rain check because we paid through golf now. We just couldn’t play in 37 degree weather and drizzling rain. Put a sour taste in our mouth about trying golf now again because they don’t have a cancellation policy. We drove 200 miles to play and that our experience was disappointing. We just wanted a rain check. Oh well, I guess as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Liked it
Was pleased that the course had great greens. A lot of dog legs that u had to know just how far to hit it, and I missed judged a few. Sure i can knock a few strokes of my next round, im going back, for the price i sure will b going back!
The place to be
I play this course to 3 times a month. Never have had a bad time. Get to play with the old 10 o clock gang and they are friendly and enjoy their company. Larry the head pro is a great guy and so is the rest of the staff. Even with winter play they have this course in great shape and always try hard to improve the place. Cart paths replaced recently and new carts. Will be back.

Another fun round at Hidden Falls
Checkin was fast, although there was some confusion about which cart to take.
We really enjoyed the round. The front 9 is definitely a bit easier than the back 9, but the challenge is fun. On holes 12-17, especially, you have to place your shots. On 14 and 16, pay attention to the "xxx yards to ..." markers at the tips, they'll help you avoid the water.
The greens were wonderful and their slopes are another challenge.
I enjoy coming out there from Round Rock, particularly when the price (Golf Now Hot Deal) is in effect.

Course was in very nice condition, especially the greens. Considering the excessive heat in the area course was enjoyable
Great place for our tournament
We had a great tournament at Hidden Falls. The staff was great and ran everything very smoothly. The course was in great shape and it was a fun layout. I will definitely play here again!

The only problem with golfnow.com is i was only in town for one day..booked the course got to play only 5 holes and it poured and never stopped so I couldn't play anymore and could not get a rain check as I was only in for the day and flying out next morning...need some policy on this...some sort of credit..
Marble Falls
I've played this course 2-3 times per month over the last 4-5 months. Both the greens and fairways are well maintained. There are no sand traps and there is water on only 4-5 holes. Some may consider the course not difficult if you're a big hitter.
