North Bend Golf Course

This is a great course, a little known secret. Golfed with the former governor Dave Heineman in the front of us. Probably should not have written this review, as it will make it harder to get tee times. Pete the pro is the best.

I gave it a 4 star, but for what it is it is as great as can be! The conditioning was wonderful. I hadn't played this course in over 10 years and was so glad we made the drive up from Lincoln.

Not overly long, but it did not seem ridiculously short either. Water sneaks in on some holes so you can't fall asleep on the difficulty. While there aren't a ton of trees you definitely can't just spray the ball around. The greens were in great shape and you can tell the course is VERY well cared for. Probably the best conditioning I've seen this summer. I have no complaint about anything about this course. This lightly populated area is fortunate to have such a nice course!

We will definitely make the effort to come back to North Bend!

Great value for the money. Not too crowded. Played as a 4 some in less than 4 hours. No driving range. Lots of trains that can be loud. The course is pretty wide open and flat.

Everything from the staff, to the greens were just perfect. It was a top notch course. I would highly recommend to anyone out of the metro or surrounding area to try.

Great course in great shape worth the drive. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful play was fast. The course was pretty straight but still challenging.

This is a good course for all degrees of talent. It has every challenge except hills or slopes. The greens were not perfect but the fairways were excellent. The train whistle may take away your concentration! lol

Price is right. Perfect course for beginners!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Course has some challenging holes but for the most part it's a confidence builder. Course is kept in great shape. Greens need some help though. I'm sure they will be up and running come May.

Great experience from staff to course itself. Coming out of winter couldn't expect first time out to be be a flawless course but it did exceed my expectations. Coming from Omaha, its a nice little drive but definitely well worth it.

First time player to North Bend and was very pleased with the condition of the golf course. Tricky water hazards come into play along with some sand. Excellent weekend golf round!!

I have played North Bend about 6 times now and every time has been fun. I took 2 friends to play who have never played it before and they shot 72 and 76 so they had fun. Pete who runs the place is a great guy, everyone there is so nice. North Bend is not a long course but with water and trees its not a easy course.
you will enjoy North Bend, fun place and nice people there. Play from the Blue tees if you shoot under 80 on most courses.

We enjoyed our play of golf. There were a number of long yardage holes, and interesting water holes. The people that work there were very friendly, and we would love to bring a group for a fun day.
Some of the putting greens had some winter kill, but the overall course was in great shape.

I golf here a lot and I'm amazed at how most courses around the area can't even come close to what this course has to offer. Greens are in good shape, fairway is in perfect condition, rough is thick but not to tough to get out of. Course is great for the weekend golfer but can also be a challenge for the everyday golfer also. May need to add a bunker or two on some holes but other then that it is a great course.
