A number of short holes which is welcome when finishing with a tough par 4.
I would play the course again but not late in the day. We started at 2:30 and didn't finish until almost 8. Too many walkers on the course.
Great condition Overall nice course
This was a fun course to play. Greens rolled really fast, and the fairways were in good shape.
cons: There was no beverage cart and very poor distance markings. Nothing on any sprinklers and the 100-150-200-250 markers are impossible to see unless you are right next to them.
Well laid out course
Even as this course poses many challenges, it does provide many forgiving options. It is truly up to the player to select the right club and focus on controlling his/her shots - rather than going for the distance.
Course is in good shape
I played as a single on a monday morning and the pace of play was great. A couple of groups let me play thru but even if they hadnt the pace of play was nice. The course is in wonderful shape. The greens were soft and rolled true while not very fast. The fairways were green and the course overall is kept in good shape. Would definitely play again. Especially if you can find a good deal on golfnow.
Evertyhing was in great shape only things is they have small greens
fun course only thing I didn't like was the man managing the driving range was extremely rude after they sold us a bucket of balls and then told us the range was closed.
great exsperience
golf course in pristine condition, go intriguing layout. challenging holes from the blues and if you olay from the tips would be quite pga material.
club house needs some help but golf course more than makes up for it.
Good variety - poor yardage
The course has a nice variety in it's layout. Played from the tips and used almost every club in my bag.
Down side was the lack of yardage. Only 100/150/200 markers in the middle of fairways. I don't carry a laser and no sprinkler heads were marked.
Taking a cart, and I use the 90 degree rule (even though it wasn't requested) so I don't notice many of markers as I'm driving in the rough.
Would be happy to play again if they add GPS or place distance on sprinkler heads. Otherwise, I just don't care for such poorly marked courses in this modern era.
Fun to play
course was great club house needs attention even as temp other golfers at the course could use some manners
Wonderful Golf Course
This is a wonderful track that is really the story of two nines. The front features woodlands, tight driving lanes and undulating greens. The back is a bit more links style exposing the player to wind while providing forgiving driving space. All together it's a great place to play golf.
The glaring weakness is an underperforming clubhouse that is in desperate need of upgrade to match the quality of the course.
ver nice condition
sometimes hard to pick up the yardage. would be nice to see GPS on the carts.
Great layout! Requires all shots.
Great course with a very nice layout but very fast greens. Only downfall was the range was closed as they weren't ready for business at 9am. Would play the course again.
Fun layout, great fairways
This course is one of my favorite metro courses. Incredible value for what we booked on golf now.
well maintained
greens were fantastic fairways were in great condition, only one hole had excessive water on the fairway
omg cut the rough
yes please cut the rough lets have a first cut.
also staff on course not very golfer friendly.
Rained out after 7 holes, but course was in great shape.
Will replay this course, liked the set-up of the course.

Good course, but not great
I have played this course for a number of years and find it to be average. Majority of holes are more links style, with a few holes cut through wooded areas. Course length is good, and the layout is good. The creek that runs through the course is still dry and has been for years now. The clubhouse is below average (permanent temporary structure).
good blend of holes
This course is about 2/3 rds links 1/3 rd wooded..If you like variety it has it all. Dogs left and right, short and long par 4`s, holes that are very tight some wide open, greens that are relatively flat and some w/ big slopes or multi tiers. If you keep the ball out of the rough and mounding you can score. If not there are a number of holes that can eat you up. I enjoyed the challenge and design. Keeps you on your toes but doesnt beat you up all day. Will definetly go back again. very scenic
Great Course, Great Value
Logger's Trail has become one of my favorite courses in the metro area. The fairways and greens are in great shape, and it holds water better than almost anywhere else in the area. They have a nice range, and a great staff.
