One of the best Ky State Park Courses
I've played MM about a dozen times since it opened back in 2003. Playing conditions varied but the scenery and layout of this track is fun and as challenging as you want from the tips. If you get the chance, play this course now. The fairways are healthy and lush and the greens are very plush. The only knock would be the speed of the greens. They are running about a 7. With a fine cut and roll, a 5 star rating is within reach.

Got home just ahead of some rain. Pace of play was pretty good today. Nice course.
Pleasant surprise at Mineral Mound
I have played here since its opening in 2003 and stopped playing it five years ago due to its conditioning. I am delighted that it is better shape now than when it opened. The greens have been redone and putted smooth and true. The fairways were lush. They are in the process of reworking the bunkers. The conditioning is so good now that it accentuates the beauty and layout of the course.
Great Shape! Greens Awesome
This course is very fun and very pretty with lots of different animals on it. Truly a great course to play. You need to know your game and play placement of shots throughout the round. Over all the track is in great condition. Greens are very nicly kept. We will for sure travel 100 miles again to play this course.
Enjoyable
We enjoyed our day and the course, but wish we would have been told in advance that the greens had been aerated before we booked. The greens were impossible to enjoy putting out.
Very nice fairways and greens
The condition of the course was well above average. A few bunkers needed work but many courses in this area need work on their bunkers. The rain from the early morning wasn’t an issue for our midday tee time.
