Probably the best value right there
I play various courses, twice a week at least. Some public courses raised the price but the condition has not been improved. On the other hand, this course has probably the best condition amongst any public courses in Collin county and nearby area. I see the maintenance crew during the day time working on the green edges, mowing the rough etc., an indication that the management team cares about the course. It's worth of 40 minutes driving.

Nice course
Got a 4:50 tee time and got through 17 holes before it was too dark to keep playing. Tons of pitch marks on the greens, but was trying to fix some while waiting on my partners to putt. Was a fun experience and will be back

We got stuck behind 2 five-somes at the turn. Other than that, the course was in really decent shape!

Would Be Enjoyable if It Wasn’t Overbooked
This course is always overbooked. They never seem to manage the rate of play, either. When there are 3 separate groups waiting to tee off on a box and one group finishing up on the last green, then you have a problem. And this type of thing happens OFTEN. They also say to wait for the starter, but then the starter never shows up. Stop trying to make money and create an experience for your customer. Retention is more important in the long run.

Great Course!
Greens were good, sand was wet (rained overnight), fairways were in REALLY good shape, rough was sparse (and long) and it was difficult in high winds because a number of shots demand pinpoint accuracy...
Course has a really nice flow, design, look to the eye. Practice facilities are good, pace of play was just 'meh'...

Great Course
It's the old Chase Oaks course in Plano TX, but the city of Allen bought it a few years ago. Always loved it, challenging and fun. Great range and practice facility too.

Hate this course
Great day for golf but the fairways and tee boxes were in horrible conditions. Constantly having to move my ball in the fairway to find some grass to hit off

Watters Creek
What can I say about this place? It's great, that's what. This place has a great setup and friendly staff that always welcome you in. The course is always kept up and in great condition. They really know how to run a golf course. Extensive practice area and huge range. I've never had a bad day at this course. Will always continue to play here.
