Greens need some attention
The overall condition of the course was pretty good, but most of the greens had severe problems and we’re really hard to put on. Lots of Sandy dried up patchwork that needs to be addressed.
Not a good value
First off my buddy and I were forced to go with another twosome and we continually had singles behind us trying to play through. We got behind a group of 5 and Front 9 took almost 3 hours and we broke off on the back 9 and finished in less then 2 hours.
The greens are very slow and maybe recently sanded although I was told the greens are always that bad.
Bring your own water since there is no water on the course.

I played 18 in less than 3 hours. The only negative was the cart. The brake did not engage properly when parked on an incline.

Fairways were hard baked
Played in the late afternoon on a hot summer day. The fairways were hard baked and balls bounced hard almost as if on cart path.
It would help if they turned the sprinklers on a bit in the afternoon.

Terrible course condition.. Green were bad and fairways weren’t maintained
Surprised to see course not maintained for a private course. Greens were patchy and missing grass at places. Fairways wet missing grass .. overall 2 out of a 5 for overall rating .. Staff wasn’t friendly either

Nice course
Fair course that can be easily scored on. Greens were a little fluffy and slow but will be in great shape soon. Lots of irons off the tees will put you in better positions.

I have played here 5+ times in the last year and a half. Simply put this is right up there for worst course on the west side of Houston. Hard pan right off the fairways, large dead spots on greens, no marshal. Played solo today with a 4:30 tee and the starter sent out the 4:54 group 5 minutes prior to my time. Didn’t end up teeing off until 4:45. Never a marshal in sight to keep up P.O.P. Group ahead was driving over tee boxes on a cart path only day of all days lol. I’ll save my $50 next time.

Could be really fun
Rough shape likely from the freeze. Greens were SLOW and had big bare patches. Tee boxes not level. Fairways inconsistent. Must give credit where credit is due. Bunkers are in great shape and well kept. I think this place would be fun to play if it were in legit shape.

Great value, Great course
The course was great for the price I paid, played pecan & grove.
Fairways nicely maintained and greens were more than satisfying. One of the 18 holes needed work but experience was great! Would definitely play again!
