Nice course. Some fairways struggling with all the warm weather.

Some challenging holes but great variety. Some tee boxes close to some greens and one you have to tee off over the green , which is difficult when people are playing that hole.

Played many times before...Nice course...Very dry and cracks on some fairways. Greens nice and played well...Only see a few people on the course so pace was excellent.

For £30 great value.

Always wanted to play here and now I finally have. Worth the wait as it was lovely. A mature course with plenty of interesting holes and definitely offering a challenge to good golfers. Greens were quality and the course was in excellent condition. Some of the bunkers could do with a little more sand but no real complaints.

Played here as a 2 ball (plus an additional 1 ball when we arrived, understandably) on a Saturday afternoon. Course was in very good condition. Did not use the range, but you pass by it on your back 9 as it runs alongside the 10th fairway. There's a lot of road noise and on some holes you notice this more than others but given its proximity to town, that's understandable. Greens were rapid and in excellent condition. The fairways are quite tight in places and the holes interesting, course management key here which I loved personally. I would play again.

Really enjoyed our Sunday afternoon round. Full of interesting holes, mainly based around the river valley running across several of the holes.

A course for players who enjoy using all their clubs, with plenty of shorter holes to plot your way through.

Excellent varied course in fantastic condition. From the 1st tee it’s a course which you have to think your way around. The greens are a credit to the staff a good pace and true running. 4 of us paid £20 each on a Saturday afternoon through Golf now which is exceptional value. Certainly one of the best courses in the area.

From the first tee to the last each hole was immaculately manicured. Every tee box had a bin and ball cleaner and broken tee receptacles sunk in the grass, all the teeing of markers had the club emblem on them , nice touch. As you would expect there are yardage indicators down the fairways . Every hole on the course is a fair challenge, if you hit wayward shots you are usually punished for it either thick grass or trees. The greens are immaculate and run very true. Overall a great golfing experience.

We thought an interesting and well kept course. Greens and bunkers in great condition. The only downside was no non-alcoholic beer in the bar, which I’m sure they’ll remedy. We’d played here when the conditions were very wet, so it was a pleasure and challenge to play again in the dry.

Lovely course beautiful greens just a lovely golf course is a little expensive now as gone over to summer green fees

this is never easy course, but so interesting.

and courses are pretty up and down.

and sometimes, very windy, i need to change all my strategies for playing.
