A quality course kept in great condition. Well worth a visit.
Always had a soft spot for enfield
As always the course didn't disappoint. Really nice enjoyable round with a mate and my boy walked it too with us. Of course it being a fairly hilly course it's quite a good workout. Greens are always really good there and fairways were in good nick too considering the deluge the day before. It's a tidy and well constructed course with a nice steady front 9 and a challenging back. Martin the Pro, is as ever friendly and accommodating and we wouldnt hesitate to go bacm there again. Just a shame we have left it to so long! Oh and at £15 for the round it was a bargain!. Cheers.
Very Enjoyable
Course was in very good condition despite the torrential rain the previous day. Greens were excellent and very receptive. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the Pro shop. Only drawback was the slow round caused by a geriatric 4-ball who held up the 2-ball in front of our 2-ball and who didn’t allow our faster groups to play through. A very hilly course so excellent for a cardiac workout.
Great Round
Hadn’t played at Enfield for many years but would certainly go back again. Course was very dry due to virtually no rain for over a month but greens were excellent. Water hazards were mostly dry ditches though (understandably). Our 2 ball got round in under 4 hrs with only a few waits due to a 4 ball three holes ahead of us slowing up the other 2 balls and us behind them. A really enjoyable round though. (Very hilly so a good cardiac workout if you’re walking round like we di!)
Decent course. Friendly staff. Affordable rates. Not as wet as other courses in the area as they have a better draining system. Greens a little bumpy but ok. Will definitely play here again.
Friendly course with a fun layout
Very welcoming pro. The course was quiet and in good condition given all the rain recently. They clearly care and you can see they are working hard to improve the course for Summer - but this didn’t impact our round and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be back!
