Glen Eagle Golf Course

Glenn Eagle is a gorgeous course. Very well kept and amazing to play on. The greens are fast and challenging. Overall a great place to come to

It's a real good course but it is not easy. But if you want a challenge this is the course you want to play

The greens were very nice. The layout was really good. Not what I expected in rural west TN. I have heard the pace of play can be slow but I had no issues. Play it if your in the area looking for a good value.

The course was very challenging with very tricky greens. They have a very nice practice facility, so I felt like I was nice and warm before teeing off.

It was very crowded though, the three guys in front of me were taking a long time, which caused a back up. The two guys behind me ended up playing with me, which wasn't that bad. Over all a great experience!

Even though the pace of play wasn't great, it was a nice day outside, so I understand. The layout was fantastic and the course was incredible.

I had fun playing this course reading the greens was a challenge but worth it.

The pace of play was extremely slow because the course was wet. There were golfers on each hole. There was not a starter in place so there was no way to tell who was teeing off at what time. I have played the course in the past but this is the first time this year. I will most likely visit again.

This was the worst round of golf for me this year! The course was way over booked! I'm shocked they'd do something this bad. I mean it was also moving at a snails pace, on top of it being nothing but 4somes . If the course would be this booked, then don't allow a couple, to play in between foresomes. Just say you're booked for the day! Nobody likes being robbed. Because thats exactly what it felt like. We left the course wanting to go play an entirely new 18 holes somewhere, because it felt as if we'd never played. This was an awful round. So beware, you must play this course as a 4some to have any luck of moving at a good pace.

I love the greens there. Fast and challenging. This course requires some creativity. You just can't pull out your driver on all the par 4's. This course as it all. Water, dog legs, bunkers and trees and elevated greens.

It was an extremely hot day but the course was great shape. We were impressed from the start as this was my wife an I's first time to play here. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed every hole and we will play this course again, and we highly recommend it to other couples!

One of the best public courses in the greater Memphis Area. The greens are smooth and the ball rolls fast. Each hole has a challenge to overcome and makes playing it very enjoyable. Being on the Naval Base allows great views of planes flying over. Millington also offers great wildlife view.

I am lucky to be able to see golf courses throughout the southwest U.S. and occasionally across the southern U.S. Hand down, these are the best Tifeagle bermudagrass putting greens I have ever seen!! If you haven't played this course, you need to go, just to putt on surfaces that are prepared daily just as good or better than any event you will see on the weekend on TV.

You need to play this course just to putt on these fantastic greens! I travel quite a bit to golf courses all throughout the southwest and occasionally across the country and these are the best Tifeagle bermudagrass greens I have ever seen.

Go and enjoy, but try and play below the hole!!
