Flat course without notable features
Flat course without challenging features. Grass was soggy from late fall/early winter rains. May be ok during dry season. Slope/drainage could be improved to help dry out course.
Just ok
I know it was late in the season but was not thrilled with the overall look and condition.
course has so much potential
Course is what it is at this point in the season for the rough and fairway. I wish they would water the greens more, on the 9 we played the greens had tons of large burn spots
Pace of play was great though
Horrible greens / horrible place
Starter sent two groups ahead of us for some reason, ended up having to wait an extra 25 minutes passed our tee time to tee off, which caused a crazy backup for the first 9, fortunately, most of the groups were done after the 3hr front 9. Greens in terrible shape, burn out spots and literal holes. Course gets a crazy amount of play by beginners and people just there to drink. Be prepared for a 6hr round and having to deal with crap greens and an incredibly rude starter, one of those 'boys club' kinda old man, who shouldn't be working with the general public.
Bar prices were pretty reasonable, but even with only paying 30 bucks a person for an 18 on a weekend, it was not worth it.
Most of the greens were burned out pretty significantly.
Hard to really tell fairways from rough.
Tee boxes were in rough shape.
Trash on course
There was trash left all over the course. It’s obviously from disrespectful players but it needs to be addressed. Also how can you have a golf course with not one ball washer?
Poor Conditions
Several greens with huge gouges in the middle of the green that are even larger than the hole, many with rough spots. Tee boxes are very unkept, tees everywhere and mostly dirt. This course has declined since I’ve played several years ago, what a shame.
My favorite course to play. The staff is always friendly and helpful!
Course in rough shape
Tee boxes mostly dirt, couldn’t tell the difference between the fairway and rough, greens were chewed up with plenty of unrepaired divots. Finished 13 holes in 4 hours and left. No rangers on course . Beverage girl covers all 36 holes. Only saw her once but she was pleasant.
Great day
I was able to slide in last minute.. it was perfect.. the starter got me out and eventually paired up with another solo.. it's a little drive but... well worth it.. good job guys💪💪⛳️⛳️🏌️♂️🏌️♂️
Course needs work now
Lakes course had vandal damage on a few greens that it looks like very little has been done to fix, kids had drove something on them leaving tire tracks, low spots haven't event been filled to level the damage and re seed,, a few other greens have old damage that hasn't been fixed either,, otherwise course is in fair Condition, won't play again until I hear this has been fixed
Nice Course Slow Play Damaged Greens
I enjoy playing Mallard Creek. The staff is super nice and friendly and you get a good value for your money. Play is slow most days and the greens have seen what appears to be some vandalism. Sad.
