Mallard Creek Golf Club - The Lakes Course

Have not played here since there were only 18 holes, not the 36 now present. Played in an outing which helped to account for the 6+ hour round. Overall conditions are good, but a course without bunkers is just not a golf course to me. The newer 18 does have a lot of water to make up for the lack of sand.

I used to go here often. The staff is generally unfriendly, the starters send people out with no regard to pace of play. They are likely to grunt at you if you ask them which course might be more crowded. I got a membership here last year and even though it seems like a good deal I would never do it again. Go elsewhere

Architects could have done a better job.
Couple good holes but some need a clown & a windmill. I believe better golfers call these novelty holes.
I'd prefer to play the original 18 holes at Mallard
