I was surprised that this course was rated as 3.5 stars. The course was well maintained with a variety of different reasonable challenges.

Sometimes Porkys gets a bad rap, but the greens are always as fast and true as any private course in the area. Great value and never cart path only.

Had another great round with my good friend. The only problem that I have is the start of play. I understand that the course wants to start everyone behind one another. But I think that a staggered method may be helpful. Start on Hole 1 then the next on Hole 10. So their would not be a back log on the beginning Hole.

Course has been renovated and well maintained from my last visit 2 or 3 years ago. The greens were in excellent shape and the fairways were green and well maintained. .

If you've played this course over the years, you know how badly conditions would deteriorate this time of year after a busy and hot summer. Well, not anymore. The course is in fantastic shape, especially the greens. The tee boxes could use some more tlc but they're still very playable - people who complain are just coming up with excuses for a bad round - or they're comparing it to a premier public course or private country club experience, which is ludicrous. If Ed Oliver had the budget and manpower I'm sure the entire course would be picture perfect, but you can't beat the value for the money here. I play a lot of the area courses (DE, PA, and NJ) and this place rates highly on my list as the best value for the money.

Great greens. Great fairways. Very clean wonderful course

Played Sunday afternoon. Never had to wait. Tee boxes and fairways in rough shape, let’s of weeds and brown patches. Greens were good, however they had just been punched. Price was discounted so it was still good value.

Played a Sunday late morning, it was busy, starter was there but not doing a whole lot to spread groups out. We waited to tee off on every single hole until we had enough at 10 and played the front 9... again. It was over 2.5hrs through the front (the first time) waiting to take every shot. Second time through without the clowns infront of us we made it through in 90min. Course was nice, greens were in super shape for end of August and super fast. Aside from the pace and people crossing every which way over the fairways hitting shots left and right it was a pretty fun round. Much better on our second (back 9) run through the front 9 when no one else was really out there.

Haven’t played this course since April(great conditions all around). With the heat waves we’ve had this summer the fairways were burnt and patchy. The tee boxes were just ok. Where the course shined was the greens. For the most part they were soft and very responsive with little to no wear or burnt areas. Looking forward to playing again in the fall when the fairways hopefully heal a little bit.

The course was in pretty good shape. The greens were very nice. There were some dried out spots but it has been blazing hot recently. Great value. Wide open course. Very fun round.
