Vidanta Vallarta Course at Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit-Vallarta

We had Hector as our caddie and he was excellent.

He was the best forecaddie I ever had. He could watch a couple of holes and then suggest clubs by how hit them. It was so great we booked second round two days later. The whole experience was awesome. Course condition was amazing.

We really enjoyed the course. Our caddy was knowledgeable. Good practice facilities but no onsite restaurant for guests not staying there. Two some in front of us a bit slow but no one behind us will play again

OK. The course was above average nice. Practice area with real quality grass and balls. The greens, fairways and tee boxes were in great shape. The problem with me as a single player? I picked a time at noon when the rates went down from the morning. Got the time. Was told that I was paired with 3 other golfers....great, perfect ok. What happened? I teed off by myself and then after the second hole my caddy suggested we skip some holes and come back to them later. We played 1-2-4-5-7-8-10-11-3-6-12-16-17-15-13-14 and 18 in that order...in 2 hours and 45 minutes. I hit all 14 fairways...drove a drive-able par 4 and shot a 77. But I felt I got whiplash from the golf cart lol. My caddy was great but from trying to get into the Vidanta Wall Prison and dealing with the mediocre guys at the golf shop it took away from the experience. Getting there sucks. Allow and extra hour, take advantage of the solid driving range.

It was pleasing and exciting to see this amazing world being developed within Puerto Vallarta. Picture Disney World Resort 2.0. Me and my family can’t wait to see how the development escalates in the next 5-10 years.

If staying off-property, arrive for your tee time at least 45 minutes ahead. Your drop-off at security check-in will be about a 10 minute cart ride away from the golf shop. The golf shop is a few minute cart ride away from the driving range. The driving range is a few minute cart ride away from the first Tee-box. Caddies are required and needed, just for getting around and to the next tee box.

Between nature, and what is being developed around you, there is always a cool view.

Golf course conditions are good to great, however, we played the day after verticut and top dressed (sand) greens. Many courses in PV were doing the same maintenance in the same week, but none of them told us upon booking. The greens still played well and rolled about 90% accurate. Just a bit slower.

The course was in immaculate condition. We didn’t see a beverage or snack cart until the 12th hole.

The service was not good at all. Our caddie was David and he was great.

Great course,long some long par 5 s but we got through in just under 3.5 hours.

Huge course,caddy is greatly appreciated.

The overall experience was great. The only downside was getting there. We arrived at 10:30 for a 12:00 tee time but it is a process to get through the security gates and we waited over 1/2 hour for a shuttle to take us to the pro shop so we’re left with very little time to hit practice balls. This should be noted when booking tee times.

Our caddy Gabrielle was great and really enjoyed having him help us read the greens.

The course was immaculate.

The course is extremely well kept and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. My caddie was Jesus who was super friendly and gave me great tips along the way. Jesus muchas gracias por todos los tíos fuiste genial. Saludos y bendiciones!
