Vidanta Vallarta Course at Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit-Vallarta

One of, if not the, most beautiful and well kept courses I've played in my life. As you might expect, the greens and tee boxes are in pristine condition. What really shocked me was the condition of the fairways; there was not a single divot in sight. The course layout makes for an exceptionally fun round; there is risk / reward on many holes, but overall there is not a lot of opportunities to go OB and the fairways are relatively open. Caddies are very knowledgeable and very adept at reading the greens. Greens were slower than I anticipated, but they let it grow out after the Mexico Open. I know it's on the pricier side (~$270 for the round ea), but if you are in the area, why compromise and play at any other course. I doubt you will regret, fantastic experience overall

Very nice course in excellent condition. Enjoyable for higher handicaps, but still challenging for more experienced players. Gilbert, our caddie, was friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery and great service. My wife and I enjoyed it as part of our visit to Vidanta.

The course layout is awesome. Wide open fairways with bunkers where you would expect. The greens are perfect and slower than I anticipated since the Pro's were just there. Beautiful course. We also had a caddie named Alfredo and he was very knowledgeable and helpful reading putts. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who likes to get out and play.

Course was in Excellent condition right after the Mexico Open. A real treat to play on paspalum fairways. Our caddie Luis Lopez we had for 2 days. Very helpful with club selection especially into wind conditions. An Excellent green reader.

The checkin great, course nice and caddy very helpful. But no 19th hole option next to pro shop like there was years ago. Golfers want to sit down with friends after and enjoy a drink and go over score before being “shuttled” away. Can be very simple with a few tables and simple drink options. Come on Vidanta, you can do better. The former restaurant was great.

My wife and I had a great time playing this course. We enjoyed the course conditions, pace of play, course ensign and mountain vistas. Very friendly and knowledgeable caddy. What else can you ask for?

Conditions were Great, our caddie Jesus was Excellent. He was amazing at reading greens and gauging the wind. It was a windy day and at time it could be a 2 club difference and he was spot on.

Greens were on slower side compared to our home course but acceptable.

Had played Norman a few weeks before the Mexico Open, but it was being prepped for the tournament with sanded greens, cart path only, etc., so we didn't get the full pro setup experience. Getting on five days after was a score - other than the greens being a trifle slower than expected, it was great. Fairways impeccable, bunkers perfect, rough sticky and nasty, and coming up 18 with the grandstands still in place was awesome - it could only have been better if they had cardboard cutouts of people filling the seats with crowd noise piped in.

I have played this course over 50 times, this by far was the best condition, the PGA event was last week, and the staff had the course in PERFECT shape, get out and play this course.

Did not finish do to a tournament being played in front of us. Their pace of play was slow. The course is fantastic and caddie (Hugo) was a great bonus. He was spot on great reading the greens and yardage. Are foursome was very impressed with Hugo are caddie.

Course was ready for the Mexico Open (PGA TOUR event)

Beautiful course. Loved seeing Al the PGA TV towers and concession areas being set up.
