Beautiful Resort
Awesome course! Great staff! Very professional!
Looking forward to watch the Mexican Open on this course!

Where the pros play
They course was in good condition. They were getting the course ready for the Mexican Open.
If you plan to play there make sure you get there at least 2 hours before your tee time. You have to park and wait for a shuttle to take you to the golf shop.
nightmare
We were all set to play and headed to the course in an uber for lunch before and then golf. After over 2 hours in traffic we sadly called vidante to cancel as we would miss our tee time.Upon return to States I reached out to GOlf Now and was told by the chat they would give me a credit for the four golfers I have already paid for but once I accepted their credit offer they cut off my chat. my recommendation is do not use Golf Now.
Course in perfect condition!
Course perfectly prepared for Mexico Open. Checkin logistics not great. Service levels are not great for Mexico. Missing things like greeting " hello, welcome to Vidanta; let me help you with your bags, have a great round; thanks for visiting Vidanta, hope you had a great day, looking forward to see you again". How about recommending restaurants on the property, handing a card with directions to some of them to keep golfers on property longing etc., etc., etc. Many missed opportunities but especially missing 'friendly' Mexican hospitality. Management please take note.
Beautiful shape
Very fun, well manicured course. Could use more signage so you could play without a caddy. Golf watch didn’t work, holes must be changed around. Fun to play before the Mexican open.
Beautiful course
We thoroughly enjoyed the course. It is quite the process to actually there but it is worth it. The staff are friendly and the course was in beautiful condition and is fair to everyone.
Caddy not good but course is nice
Previous caddies were very knowledgeable and could tell us which club to use and where to put. The caddie we had, provided very little of that. I understand he has been on the job for only four days. However he should not charge full price.
Vallarta Vidanta
New name for the Mexican Open site - coming up Feb 20-23. Three of us played 18 holes starting at 2:20 thanks to Golf Now. Rental clubs okay; fairway metals need replacing. Forecaddie Jose did a fine job. No pressure, played at our own pace. Bargain to play; caddie is $20 US.
Never disappoint
Course is getting ready for the Mexico open. Few tee boxes are in different places, bunkers are not perfect yet, greens a little sandy but course is already in great shape.
Caddie Ricardo was amazing, his multiple decades experience helped us around the course. Gracias Ricardo.
we'll come back.
Least the greens are good
We got a cab to the front gates and arrived a hour before our tee time. They made us wait at the concierge for an hour & then sent us to the range to wait for a caddie. They said a caddie was necessary to play the Norman course. We were then sent on the course an hour after our tee time was supposed to be and told us a caddie would join us in ten minutes. A caddie never showed up despite being told he would show up on the third hole. They sent us out on a different course than we paid for. After finding the Norman course on our own the golf was decent and course was in mediocre shape the greens were the highlight. The pace was horrible and our caddie never showed up. It’s worth playing once but if you aren’t staying at the resort it’s a horrible experience until you actually get on the courses I suggest showing up a hour and a half early.
