Weird Greens
So, take this as you see it. The greens are too fast, in every direction, it’s fine if you’re putting one way and they’re quick but both up and downhill with and against grain is too weird for me. But, if that’s the way you want to do it, they should be receptive, they’re not. I hit the ball very high, with pin placement what it was I couldn’t hold a green. But, you also can’t run the ball onto the greens either, well, I couldn’t. A lot of water, a really beautiful looking course in good shape, I am not a golf course super but, the greens need to be fixed to make this course worth playing, I thought it was an issue with a new course, the greens were to hard from being new, the course is six years old. Played end of June, it was like the greens were still solid from winter.

Amazing Condition!!
Plantation Lakes Golf and Country Club gets better every year. The grounds crew has done an amazing job with this course over the years as it matures. No wonder it was just voted Best Golf Course in DE. A must play.

My round
I got paired with two gentleman and had a great round of golf. Always a good time enjoying a round with good people. Course was great. Props to the grounds men. I will always recommend this course. The back nine still does not show up on my GARMIN but the carts have gps. I have always taken my cooler of sodas as I am not a drinker and this time that was not allowed. I can see if your bringing alcohol but otherwise that is frustrating. Love the course.

Fun day
Course is in good shape and a lot of unique holes and layouts. The pace of play wad steady.

Extremely challenging
Plantation lakes is a great course, super challenging from tee to green. Make sure you bring your A game because this course will abuse you if you aren’t hitting fairways and greens in regulation. I can’t wait to come back and give it another go!

Memorial day and everything was closed
Except the golf. But no restaurant or bar was open all day. The course was ok but the greens were rock hard. Lot of short par 4s.

Great course
Course had really grown in nice since completion. Overall fantastic course. Lot of trouble, very challenging. Great green conditions. Only negative was driving g range not open. Paired up with resident/member… great guy, fun round. Always try and get a round in here when down this way and will continue to
