WOW! WOW! WOW!

(First time playing a course - Range Warrior)

Arrived 20 minutes before our tee time for a 9 hole. The person working the front desk was friendly.

We paid and were playing within 5 minutes.

The course is amazing. It's very well maintained and the view is something that can be distracting. That's what I'm going to blame my poor play on.

The carts were clean and in great shape.

I'm definitely going to be back.

Fantastic views, layout. Course needs alot of work,improvements.

Course greens in poor condition

Just like the other course in Mammoth, Sierra Star..

The layouts, views are TOP NOTCH.

But, BOTH suffer from very poor greens.

Bare and bumpy.

And they charge FULL price.

Also..driving Snowcreek in a golf course...

Hold onto to everything..

Greens are very poor, especially for the $

Decent 9 hole course with (1) par 5. Course was pretty wide open for a Saturday morning, but that may be due to the horrible condition of the greens.

This course could be very good with better greens.

Snow Creek Golf Course - August 2024

The staff was helpful and friendly. The course itself was a little worse for wear (I presume due to the challenges of managing a high altitude / mountain course). The fairways were had several areas of dirt and evidence of squirrel/rodents. The greens also had several dry and sandy areas which made putting challenging. Pace of play was excellent!! And the views and beauty of the mountains and forest was exceptional.

Course is recovering

Looks like it’s under new management and the course conditions are pretty rough. Greens are sandy and very hard, fairways have a bunch of dry spots. Bunkers are rocky. Nonetheless the course is beautiful and the staff are excellent so I sincerely hope this course recovers beautifully

Beautiful course but nature isn’t kind to the greens

Beautiful scenery, not over-booked, and fun mix of par 3s-5s. Just manage expectations about the greens because they are chewed up.
