Top Notch Course
I was able to get the front 9 in at a moonlight rate. The course was phenomenal! I can't wait to go back and play the whole 18.
Great Spot to play an enjoyable round of golf.
The course was in great shape, the greens were phenomenal. Pace of play was great. I was paired with 2 members and one of their guests and they were a pleasure to play with.
Members only
The course is beautiful. Everything about it but it is 100% meant for members only unless you book a foursome. Worst experience from staff to the members I played with. Left after 4 holes just knew I was I wanted
Very impressive course with plenty of challenges while recognizing that the time of the year is not ideal. Wide fairways are big plus.
The cut off of power to the carts is way too extreme. In other words, the carts stop too great of a distance from the greens. This causes delay and frustration. Worse yet there is no signage to alert the player of what areas or lines will be no power zones. Not only is this a major problem on the course itself, but also on the concrete pathways before and after playing the course. Why you do not post signs to avoid this problem to infrequent players is hard to understand. Two volunteers, man and a woman, going the opposite direction on an unmarked pathway that is near the pathway to the driving range and starter place. The three of us pushed and grunted for probably 35 yards to get the cart to a power location. Thank goodness for those two who even reiterated this happens all the time. The over abundance of no power areas and lack of signage are big downfalls for a course that has so many attributes, particularly when the grass starts to grow again.
Solid conditions for time of year, pace of play abysmal.
What’s the point of having a starter if you’re not going to keep people on pace? 5:05 to play 18 after spending $100+ for a greens fee isn’t ideal, but as good as it gets in the Austin area.
Decent course, ridiculous cart rules
I don’t know who else will sympathize with this, or if it’s even relevant— but I paid 138 dollars, got all set up in my cart and ready to go, got to the starter and was told I had to pair up with another single and be “cart buddies”
I didn’t pay 138 dollars to share a cart and not have any personal space for the next 5 hours (yes, pace of play is an issue)
This was not mentioned one time when they took my green fee and directed me to my cart in the pro shop.
Would be nice if this heads up were given prior to paying the inflated green fee for what’s a marginal course to begin with.
Poof staff communication and like I said, would not have paid 138 dollars to share a cart with someone random for over 5 hrs.
For reference, I I played college golf and know the typical etiquette at courses. This is not normal from what I’ve seen.
Reek
Clean and challenging
Great elevations
Shhhh keep it a secret
Played 9 for 50$
I enjoyed this course a lot! It’s a little pricey but I love the feel and look of the greens. They keep up with the grass well. Definitely will come back
Fun course, great value!
My first time playing this course, pleasant surprises! Course is in great condition in Texas winter time. I enjoyed it a lot! Will definitely come back to play it again.
Great course!
Course was in great shape for this time of year. Greens were true. Fairways and tee boxes are in good shape. I’ll be back playing this course when it’s lush green.
