SANDTRAPS HAVE BEEN UNPLAYABLE FOR WEEKS. GIVEN WHAT YOU PAY ITS NOT A REAL ATTRACTIVE DEAL.
Solid course
Pretty fun layout. Unfortunately, the range was closed as well as the 17th hole the day my group played. Conditions were really good for January and the recent freezes. Only real negative was a stereotypical Marshall who didn’t keep pace of play up, got upset at us for being in the fairway when no one told us it was cart path only.
Best Course
By far the best course in a 100 mile radius, there is a reason why I drive from Austin to play here before any other Austin courses
Great day of golf.
The bunkers were out of play as they are under repair but the course was in great condition and the greens were awesome.
Great greens and fairways!
I was surprised how well maintained this course was even during Texas’ “winter” months. If you can find a good deal here you’d be a fool to pass it up. Will be actively looking for affordable tee times here again soon.
Greens are the challenge
Great course, fairly short but the greens make up for it. They will test your ability to read your putts and Sundays flag placements were brutal!

Course was in great shape. Bunkers are getting worked on so they’re temporarily out of play. Greens were in great shape. Rolled quick and true.
First Date Went Well
First time playing kissing tree. It was a rainy afternoon so it was cart path only. But still enjoyed the round. T-boxes fairways and greens all in good condition. The sand traps were all being repaired so they were all "ground under repair" which is fine with me! Free drop!
Minimal contact with staff. Signage could have been better as to where to go. Overall an enjoyable experience. Will be back.
Overpriced
Nice course, friendly staff, the guys I was paired with were friendly. Really nice, fancy facilities. The course was nice but not nearly nice enough to justify the cost. Several bunkers were under repair. The 9th hole which was playing as 18 was playing as a par three. Otherwise the course was nice but I just couldn't see playing it again or recommending it at the cost.
