Beautifully maintained and visually delightful. Staff were really nice and helpful. First time playing here but it won’t be my last. Highly recommend.

Fun course with 60's vibe. Fairly short course ideal for beginner to intermediate golfers. Low handicappers won't find much of a challenge. Course meanders among a lot of 60's era houses. Fair layout, good condition and unique clubhouse and starting area. Wouldn't hesitate to play it again

The course is in great condition, the greens are perfect and the traps are the best we’ve played this year.

Played this course as part of a marathon 9-rounds in 5 days trip I took to the Coachella Valley.

This course appears to be part of some type of resort/community. There is a lot going on around the clubhouse, but the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The back tees are “only” 5,375 yards, but the course never felt that short. I appreciated that I was able to walk this course.

CONDITIONS: Perfect. Greens, tees, bunkers, fairways, and rough were all in top shape.

VALUE: The rate I booked for a Noon time seemed fair ($60, I think). Was kind of bummed that walking and riding are the same rate, but the quality of course made it worth it.

LAYOUT: This course winds thru housing, and some housing is quite tight to the rough/fairways. As noted, this course is walkable and, in many instances, the next tee box is only paces from the previous green. Most of the holes are sparsely tree-lined. There is plenty of bunkering and/or doglegs to keep you honest. Oh, and keep you head on a swivel playing holes #12 thru #15… errant drives from other tee boxes will find your way.

FRIENDLINESS: The staff were incredibly helpful. The starter paired me up with another 2some that was early and got us out in a vacated tee time. Very thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you!

PACE: As a 3some we waited a bit on the 4some ahead, but nothing offensive. We finished in around 4 hours.

DIFFICULTY: This course crescendos. Holes #1 thru #8 are straightforward, and #9 is a fun par 5. Then on the back 9 you are presented with some challenges. Holes #11, #14, #15, #17, and #18 can chase a front nine 38 with a back nine 44 and leave you wondering how you didn’t break 80!

Condition were great. Fun layout and amenities. VERY friendly staff. Will play again.

All good experience except for foursome

with one beginner ahead that was being

given instruction while playing by partner

and other elderly couple were incapable

of hitting the ball less than ten times per

hole each, and groups behind playing through

and skipping a hole to get past them.

Fortunately for others, they quit after 9 holes.

Fairways and greens were in awesome condition. Easy if you chose to walk.

It is a great course to play golf with your spouse.
