i have played this course quite a few times over the past few years. It has improved every year. the fairways are great. the greens are in good shape but running a little slow; maybe due to the cool mornings The staff and starter are easy going and friendly. Old style course.

Good course and fun to play. Really pleasant and friendly.staff. Short course but great for a short round.

They’ve done a great job with the clubhouse amenities and the course is in the best shape we’ve ever seen in the 10 years we’ve been playing there!

I enjoyed playing at Shadow Mtn. It is a fairly short course, but with some interesting twists.

This place was fun with kitchy decorations and small course feel. It's certainly not a large piece of land so for some people it may feel cramped. Houses are definitely close to the course and easy to hit if you're too loose. The conditions were great EXCEPT for the speed of the greens. I'm sure it's purposeful to help speed up play of casual players. I prefer fast and firm greens but to be fair every green here is pretty small... It's great value for a shorter length 18 and still a par 70. It's a unique combo that plays a bit faster and doesn't feel as overwhelming as a true championship course. Speed up the greens and it could be a real fun tight course test for a lower handicap. Fun vibe especially for more casual players so I'd recommend it for golfing occasions like birthdays or reunions or group outings.

Really enjoyed Shadow Mountain in the middle of a Palm Springs golf week as a change of pace and a break from the big courses. It’s quite short, but certainly not easy. The course has small greens and narrow fairways, with mid century modern houses very close to the line of play, so you need to be accurate. Even short hitters like me will use 3 wood or less on many par 4 and 5 holes. The staff is friendly, and the overall vibe is fun. The decor is big on pink flamingos (and pink in general). Sadly there is no range, just some nets to warm up. But there is a huge putting green — partly to warm up and partly to play 18 hole rounds of putt-putt on a real green that has no windmills, but plenty of extreme undulations. Overall, it’s a great place to give your driver a rest, work on your short game, and just have fun. I’ll be back next time I’m in Palm Springs.

Course is fairly challenging for a shorter course. Fairly tight fairways with homes on many holes. Fairways and greens were in great shape - greens perhaps a bit slow but not bad. You don't need to hit long to enjoy this course, just keep it in the fairways and avoid the temptation to smash your drives. Friendly staff, pace was very good at 8:00am.

Oldest course in Palm area or so they say. Fun short track Par 70 for the boys just under 5400 from the blues with just the 2 par 5's. Great shape greens a bit slow however. Just felt comfy to play but a bit tight in spots so not so good for newbies to golf. Very enjoyable round nonetheless. Plan on playing it again before end of the vacation.

We’ve been playing here once in a while for many years and were amazed at the improvements this year The new flamingo themed clubhouse is completed and replaces the old check- in trailer. The fairways are now green and lush where they used to be spotty. The greens are slow and need to be cut but I understand the course wants to make sure the grass is healthy first. As always staff was very friendly and welcoming

It is a relatively short track but ideal for a couples game. My wife loved the course and there is enough challenge that I am very happy to revisit regularly

Staff was super friendly. Course was higher handicap friendly. Greens and fairways in good shape. Little lite on food or other amenities but restaurants nearby. Great for knocking off winter rust.
