Playing condition
Course was not in good condition, I have played this many times over last 8 years. Cost a little too much.
Good Old Course
THe course is relatively easy, flat, and the greens wee okay. Being one of the oldest in the area, it is a must play at least once. The facilities are in a state of temporary transition. The 18 hole putting course is fun. The putting practice area is small, and there is no driving range - hit off mats into net - 2 bays, The fairways were in pretty good shape, and the layout is typoocal of an older course.

Greens fees reasonable
The course was quite narrow and had a lot of dog legs. For what we paid it was a good value.

Needs work.
The course is a bit rough to play on. More maintenance would help. New facilities that are being developed look like they will be fun. No driving range but a huge 18 hole putting green. Great for group competitions. There are simply to many cross overs where you need to watch carefully where you are going.

Fun to play! Course is in very good shape. Clubhouse is under renovation, so amenities are pretty basic. That is okay! ☺️ I would recommend this course to play.

Well worth it
Friendly staff fun course with great greens. Somewhat short but plenty of trouble. Very narrow. Good for women golfers. Will play next time we come to the desert. Great value went off at 120 and had plenty of time to play before dark.

Wear a hard hat to play here
3 separate times we ware nearly struck by a stray ball. With no Four call. Took well over 4 hours with no Marshall. Kind of a joke actually. Do not recommend playing here

Shadow Mountain
It’s a short course with pretty tight fairways. Fairway grass is a little splotchy. Greens are in good shape and sand traps are well maintained.
Bottom line,, it’s still a good value, and we finished in about 3 1/2 hours.

Short, tight course. Fairways were in poor condition. Houses were right on top of the golfers. OK for seniors and high handicappers.
