A quick round
Course was in poor shape, particularly the fairways with lots of dead grass. This is a tight course with fairways running side by side, and greens close to tee boxes. The price was fair for this type of course, but I would not want to play it that frequently.
Great greens, but
The greens were in great shape, but the fairways were not. Still enjoyed the round, but they were the opposite of lush. Hopefully that’s just a temporary condition.

Looks and plays like muni that needs a cash infusion.
Enjoyed the back 9 more than the front. Course needs fairway grass and better signage for carts. The low cost attracts high handicap golfers and couples. Beautiful views, some additional investment could make all the difference.

The course fairways are no better than mediocre. The greens are starting to come back to their former level. The staff is very friendly and considerate.

Staff are great!
Course and staff are super fun and friendly! Great mellow day out. Chill unpretentious vibe !!
Conditions
Good value and very friendly staff. The course was in tough shape. Not much grass in the fairways, greens were running about 10 and in decent shape. Unlike some of the courses we have played this winter in the desert the sand traps were the bests we played nice soft sand and "consistent. Not sure if they have an irrigation system to cover the fairways. Would give it another chance.

A little gem in paradise
We played Shadow Mountain for the first time and found it a delightful walk back in time. Yes, we walked and loved it. The greens were challenging and well maintained, while the fairways were a bit dry and underwatered. Thought the whole experience was worth the money and would definitely do it again.

Shawdow Mountain
Greens are in good shape. Fairways are in pretty good shape. Course layout is good. We enjoying playing the course. Good value for the money.
