Always enjoy a round here. The greens are fast and the fairway undulations are cool. Going to suck when it goes private, best twilight prices as well.

Great Condition - Average Layout
Course was in great condition and has fast greens. Layout however is very repetitive with homes on one side and water on the other. Very few trees have been planted so I don’t see this changing as the course matures. Two of the par 3’s were under 100 yards from the middle tees - that was disappointing. No clubhouse to eat/drink at.

Good course with a fair layout. Greens very good and very fast. The construction noise and dust wasn't pleasant but understandable. Needs greenery very bare. I would play it again in the future.
