Golfer Reviews
great course
the course was in fantastic shape, with the greens being very fast. You had to look carefully because the breaks were hard to see. We had a great day, great and friendly staff.
4 groups at 10th hole .had to play front nine twice need to have rangers to move things along
Babcock National
Love this course. Too bad it’s so far out in the sticks. Worth the drive. Great condition. Pace of play was nearly 5 hours and we had a twosome in front of us. No ranger.
Nice greens that putt consistently
This is the fifth time that I have played Babcock. Golf Now prices have been good. Lots of selections and reasonable times.
I brought a neighbor to play a round on my recommendation. He really enjoyed the outing.
Give Babcock a try.
The greens are becoming more receptive. Tee boxes are nice.
best public greens
played pro tees, not much definition to holes, but greens make the course.
Great value and challenging course
This course is almost always in great shape. It's as forgiving or challenging as you make it. Wide fairways are a plus. Greens don't always break as much as you think, so don't overplay it. The more you play, the better you'll understand where to hit it and where not to. If you're not sure which set of tees to play from, go with the shorter option as there are at least 3-4 longer par 4's.
Overall, highly recommended. Range balls included. No restaurant on site, but there are some nearby in Babcock Ranch community.
Worth playing
The course was in really good shape, the greens were about the best we've played in a long time. The fairways are wide open and only a few of the holes would get you in trouble if you were off the fairway. No trees to speak of. A big oversight is lack of restrooms. The pro shop has a single restroom, there were no facilities on the course except very dirty porta potties.
