About
Formerly a cornfield, Robert Trent Jones Jr. utilized the natural area and the import of over 600,000 cubic yards of dirt to create the challenging Ute Creek Golf Course. The championship course has a traditional links-style layout that is said to challenge even the most avid of golfers. The public, 18-hole golf course offers 7,167 yards from its longest tees, playing to a par of 72. It features several water hazards, especially on the back nine holes, with five lakes situated on the course and two streams that wind through it. Ute Creek Golf Course's well-bunkered greens and undulating, multi-level fairways provide more interesting elements to the game.

Great views with a lot of fairway sand
All in all course in decent shape for this time of year, greens were recently serviced and should only better better as the season goes on. Love the views from this course!

Fun round

Classic Trent Jones
A challenging course from the back tees. Open fairways and lots of bunkers. Big greens with subtle hidden breaks. Par threes are a challenge with 5 par fives giving you a chance to attack or get back some lost strokes from the long par 4s. A great course to play with sweeping views of the front range. If you want a challenge that is both unique and fun then this is your course.

Excellent finishing hole.#18
Nice layout. However don't think it should have been cart path only. Course was in condition in my opinion to allow carts on fairways.

Good day, 1st open day after snow, nice
This is a good course that sometimes is just the ticket for a stimulating, fun, engaging day out. Today it was just right for a too long snow break. The check-in was seamless. The staff was welcoming. The course was in good condition, in particular after just melting out. The geese fortunately had not made too much mess. The fairways were good, the greens were pretty darn good again first day after the melt out. Enjoy!
