The South Par-3 Course is one of two par-3, public golf courses that Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills offers. In total there are four courses, varying in length and size, at Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills. Unlike the 7-hole North Par-3 Course, the South Par-3 has 9 holes and it is 1,060 yards from its longest tees. The course is quite challenging for a par-3. Water hazards come into play on four of the nine holes. It offers excellent practice for those wanting to improve their short game as it tests several different handicaps. Although less demanding than the 18-hole Gold Course, the South Par-3 is a great short course.

Great Little Par 3
I do like playing this course...it's short but has a few good challenges throughout! I would recommend for beginner and up!

Nice course, lots of cottonwood tree leaves on the greens that weren’t picked up
South Par 3
Fun small course. My wife is just starting out and is intimidated by the length of some of the par 4's and 5's, so par 3's are really helping her. Her drives are 150 or so, and it helps her confidence to reach the holes in 1 or 2. Great short game practice for me as well.
Fun little course
Mostly short shots, but you do get a couple I the 150-200 yard range. It is challenging and fun.

Fun par-3 course. Lots of challenges
Really nice par 3 course. I really like how they've improved hole 8 - now 8 separate sand traps versus a few that really surrounded the green and invariably didn't get raked when a multitude of players entered the few larger traps. Nice job!
Nice short course
This was a fun course! Some water, trees and sand challenges. This is a little hilly so beware if you struggle walking.
Perfect Price, Practice, Par 3
The course lay out gives you challenges right off tee box with water hazards through the first few holes. They are short yet challenging. Then you get to some more open longer holes. And then almost done with sand traps surrounding hole #8, to an beautiful open ninth hole that has rolling hills and trees. The course has challenges at just about every hole, good practice. The day I played the Course was a little wet yet the greens were super fast. All around it was a great time and very good practice. Plan to return and play again in the near future.
