The South Par-3 Course is one of two par-3, public golf courses that Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills offers. Unlike the 7-hole North Par-3 Course, the South Par-3 has 9 holes and it is 1,060 yards from its longest tees. The course is quite challenging for a par-3. Water hazards come into play on four of the nine holes. It offers excellent practice for those wanting to improve their short game as it tests several different handicaps. Although less demanding than the 18-hole Gold Course, the South Par-3 is a great short course.

Short
6/9 holes are less than 100yards from the tips. The first 4 holes are over water with small/no fairways
Love Hylands
I enjoy playing here. On this specific occasion we did find a lot of tree limbs on the greens. Had great service checking and and at the restaurant after.
Amaze
The woman checking us in was SO NICE and helpful. The course is super fun. We love the par 3. The snack cart is the best, especially on a hot day. This is our #1 spot.
challenging
the course is VERY short and a bit hokey, but great for challenging your consistency for straight and distance control. the south par 3 seems to be an afterthought: a little bit of leftover land into which they crammed a par 3 course. all this being said, we'll return to play a full 18 since the course seemed to be well maintained and interesting.
Nice layout for a par 3 course. Next time I’ll bring a longer club for the longer holes. Good course for new golfers learning the game
Excellent course to practice my short game. Wouldn't mind maybe 1 more hole with sand traps
Nice Course
This is a nice course with a variety of conditions
Great par three fun for a quick round can usually get on with short notice.
Nice par 3 corse. hole one starts at the driving range so you can hit some balls before you play. The first two holes play over water. Mostly short holes but a couple of longer par 3 holes. Good fun course can walk and finish the 9 holes in about 90 minutes.
Confusing layout
Confusing layout on south par3. I actually skipped hole 2 because I didn’t realize I had to go over the bridge to the tea box. It doesn’t show that in the map.
