Unlike the 7-hole North Par-3 Course, the South Par-3 has 9 holes and it is 1,060 yards from its longest tees. The course is quite challenging for a par-3. Water hazards come into play on four of the nine holes. It offers excellent practice for those wanting to improve their short game as it tests several different handicaps. Although less demanding than the 18-hole Gold Course, the South Par-3 is a great short course.

A fun little par 3 course
A fun little par 3 course and affordable to play at $12. A great place to take someone learning to play golf.
This is a great short course par 3.
I haven't played for a while, so I like to take it a little easy. This is a great course for that. It has water shots, it has a few long fairways and some sand traps. It's a great practice run and you haven't played for a while. I always recommend it.
Poor experience
Our experience was terrible and was also equally bad last weekend. Pace of play the last two weekends has been over two hours with three groups on one hole several times. Driving range has been closed, out of balls or balls caked with mud and dirt as staff has not cleaned them.
Will be not play here anymore, Greenway park is definitely the place to play from now on.
Underwhelming
I know it’s a par3 but there’s only 2 holes over 85 yards. There’s 2 that are only 60. It’s cheap for sure. It’s just disappointing that there’s 2 wonderful courses and the par 3 gets under appreciated. Pace of play was awful, I was waiting on 2 groups infront of me and they were all hitting and playing multiple balls. Didn’t see any staff the whole time I played, they were busy on the expensive courses. Par3 course clearly doesn’t matter to them bc it doesn’t make money.
Super Fun Course!
Nine holes, par 3, are challenging and fun. They're a great way to get out and walk with friends and start your day!
Short
6/9 holes are less than 100yards from the tips. The first 4 holes are over water with small/no fairways
Love Hylands
I enjoy playing here. On this specific occasion we did find a lot of tree limbs on the greens. Had great service checking and and at the restaurant after.
Amaze
The woman checking us in was SO NICE and helpful. The course is super fun. We love the par 3. The snack cart is the best, especially on a hot day. This is our #1 spot.
challenging
the course is VERY short and a bit hokey, but great for challenging your consistency for straight and distance control. the south par 3 seems to be an afterthought: a little bit of leftover land into which they crammed a par 3 course. all this being said, we'll return to play a full 18 since the course seemed to be well maintained and interesting.
Nice layout for a par 3 course. Next time I’ll bring a longer club for the longer holes. Good course for new golfers learning the game
Excellent course to practice my short game. Wouldn't mind maybe 1 more hole with sand traps
