About
The Gold Course from Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills is the only 18-hole course at the facility. Designed by Frank Hummel, the course opened in 1959 and used to include the 9 holes of the Blue Course as the front nine. Currently however, both the Gold and the Blue are separate courses. The landscape of the Gold is hilly and seven ponds create a beautiful atmosphere while also adding challenging water hazards to eleven holes. Although the entire course is scenic, the 12th hole is considered to have the most picturesque views. Its elevated tee offers gorgeous vistas of the majestic Rocky Mountains. Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills is known not only for its gorgeous scenery, it has also received acclaim from golf publications such as Golf Digest.

I will be back!
I really enjoyed playing here. Great layout and real friendly people there. The clubhouse is nice and the course was in great shape!
Great value for seniors
We played on a Friday morning which normally is considered weekend for pricing purposes, however we received a substantial senior discount. For a very reasonable price we received our round and a cart with a great GPS. The course was in good condition and the the refreshment/restroom building at the turn was great. Overall a fun outing on a nice course.
Fun course!! We played as a foursome. The course was full, but we never really waited much. Finished in just over 4 hrs
Slow, again
After two times playing this course, I have come to the conclusion that it just plays slow. We played on a Tuesday the first time - 5+ hours, then on a Wednesday - 4.5+ hours. No marshall on the course to hurry-up play, but you frequently get an annoying GPS message advising how far behind pace you are - even when you can't do anything about it.
Great day out on the course
I went with my stepson since he is starting to get into golf at school and needed practice. The course was great and he was challanged. We had a fun day on the course and the facilities were amazing we will be back again I think we found our course.
Getting better
The entire Hyland Hills Parks and Recreation Dept. seems to be on board to improve the golf course.
Beautiful flowers and Fun Layout
The tee boxes are unmatched. Love being out there and loved having the opportunity to play such a beautiful course for the price. Can’t beat it. We are from Oklahoma and pay $10 less to play city course that are beat up and have terrible greens. Could not be happier with the value of the course. Played 15 holes with no pace of play problems, but the last three took very long waiting. Wasn’t an issue at all though.

Course is in great shape. Staff is always fantastic.
