About
The Gold Course from Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills is the only 18-hole course at the facility. Designed by Frank Hummel, the course opened in 1959 and used to include the 9 holes of the Blue Course as the front nine. Currently however, both the Gold and the Blue are separate courses. The landscape of the Gold is hilly and seven ponds create a beautiful atmosphere while also adding challenging water hazards to eleven holes. Although the entire course is scenic, the 12th hole is considered to have the most picturesque views. Its elevated tee offers gorgeous vistas of the majestic Rocky Mountains. Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills is known not only for its gorgeous scenery, it has also received acclaim from golf publications such as Golf Digest.

Great day out on the course
I went with my stepson since he is starting to get into golf at school and needed practice. The course was great and he was challanged. We had a fun day on the course and the facilities were amazing we will be back again I think we found our course.
Getting better
The entire Hyland Hills Parks and Recreation Dept. seems to be on board to improve the golf course.
Beautiful flowers and Fun Layout
The tee boxes are unmatched. Love being out there and loved having the opportunity to play such a beautiful course for the price. Can’t beat it. We are from Oklahoma and pay $10 less to play city course that are beat up and have terrible greens. Could not be happier with the value of the course. Played 15 holes with no pace of play problems, but the last three took very long waiting. Wasn’t an issue at all though.
Great local course
Course is in great shape. Staff is always fantastic.
Shotgun tournament
Wish we were told that there was going to be a tournament being played at the same time that we were playing it took 6 and 1/2 hours to play

It was phenomenal everything was smooth . Went as a single played with two great attitudes. Golf is fun when everything moves smoothly
Slow play
2 foursomes waiting on the 10th tee when made the turn, then painfully slow for the entire back 9 .
We never saw a Marshall,pretty much ruined the round for all 4 of us.
Thirsty
The coarse is in good condition and enjoy playing it. The problem was the concession stand was closed , no cart person and the water jugs were basically empty. It was 98 degrees outside. This is unexceptable. Thus the poor rating.
Beware of Tuesday...
Excellent course - in good shape - nice variety of holes. Played Tuesday - 5 hour round! Ugh! Way too much time - waiting on every shot - no visible marshall available to speed-up play. Seemed that Tuesday must be leagues. Will try another day.
Fun course with tough greens
Will definitely be playing again. Only problem was the shack at the turn was not open yet to grab food. But, We were the 3rd tee time and it was open when we came by again 4 holes later. Great track.
Fun round in great conditions
Course is in great shape (especially the greens). For a Sunday (Father's Day), surprisingly finished the round in 4 hours. Was not expecting that. Pin placements were challenging for this round, but overall a fun experience.
