Nice easy course till you get to the greens. Greens are really fast down hill and slow uphill. No easy putts. Breaks even close to the hole. Very challenging. I loved every bit of it. Would recommend to everyone. Staff is super friendly and course is kept up well. Enjoy!!!

My hotdeal wasn’t honored fully I didn’t get a cart, then they pulled the flags early because I was maybe the only person out there. I paid for my spot and the staff didn’t respectfully let me finish round as paid for. I will tell all my friends not to play here!!!! Especially if your black!!!

Great staff. Check in was a breeze and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Course was in great shape, even in the current drought conditions. Greens definitely require precision on the approach shots with some of the pin placements and slopes. Second round will hopefully produce a better score knowing what to expect. Definitely a course to play twice.

Normally I don’t post reviews however I’m reading a common theme regarding rudeness of staff and would like to share my experience. I played earlier this week and when checking in the gentlemen behind the counter was on the phone and words were exchanged in a tone that wasn’t customer service friendly. Once he was off the phone he was able to check us however again very short and seemed like he was losing his patience when answering questions about booking tee times in the future. I enjoy playing at the course and most people are very nice - even mentioned my experience in the Pro Shop to the starter and he laughed and knew exactly who it was…

A foresome in front with 4- kids that never played 1st hole they took about 20 mins, and all 18 holes 2 guys would go ahead finish the hole while other two finished hole and not one time a Ranger was around .

Course in decent condition, some fairways and greens beat up…and some construction going on including cart paths.

Pace of play was slow..almost 4hrs 50min!

Not many ball washers or trash cans..only saw one toilet on the course (doesn’t come back to club house after nine holes)..lacking signage.

Fairly new course in excellent shape…. Greens are very challenging

Great shape, greens very nice, large. Every green has some kind of ridge, hump or severe slope. Stay in front of the hole is great advice. $90 with a cart at 8am on Tues morning. Grouped up with great guys who played very well. Great round

Course needs a little more time to grow in, but it’s a great layout.

Nice condition, challenging green, with inconsistent speed. Similar layout as most central Jersey’s county courses.

As the starter said before we tee'd off: "There is not a single flat green on the course". Big open fairways, fun to play angles and shot shapes with. But this is a course you should plan your shots.

Where you land on the green MATTERS. and there are plenty of holes where it's better to have a good look from the fringe than be "on the green" but far away. Some people will hate the difficulty of the greens, but if you want "perfect flat greens", there are plenty of other courses around.

Will play again.

Nothing better than a course beating expectations. Great facility, staff, and course was exceptional. Love fast greens and a course that makes you think about the type of shot you need and where on the green you want to be. Can't wait to get back.

Obviously the course is new and will need two - five years to fill in. Lots of patchwork right now. Tee boxes are really chewed up. The greens are big, not an issue, but lots of strange and out of place whale humps. Most holes are not unique and run parallel to each other. The layout gets a bit boring and tired as you go through the round. I play 1 or twice a week and for $100 it is just not worth it …. yet. Perhaps in a few years when the course comes together, but most definitely not right now.
