If they dont start fixing tee boxes and fairway divots in a few years it will be a 3 star course!

this course is taking a beating from its players, no one is fixing their ball marks and divots, the greens are absolute trash. nothing rolled consistent within the last two weeks of playing there. overall, it’s not worth what they’re charging if the course conditions are going to be the way they are. if they can manage to take care of the course and bring it back to what it was then i’d surely pay the price they’re asking. but for what it’s become, it’s an absolute mess. take some pointers from other local courses and try and get it back to the standard you are trying to set with your prices.

The course is in excellent condition. The pace of play was well controlled.

Excellent and enjoyable across the board.

Until a few holes on the back, even the cart paths are excellent.

It’s hazardous on many many NJ courses.

Course gets a lot of play and there are some fairways with many divots - that’s the fault of inconsiderate players.

Excellent course to play the greens are what makes this course very challenging.

There was a 4-ball in front of me that clearly never played golf before, and the pace was so slow I walked off after the 5th hole.

I teed off at 12 pm and had only finished the 5th hole by 1:50 pm

The course is nice. The conditions of the course is very good for a public course. Pace of play was a bit slow on the weekend.

This a fun course to play. Played in just under 4 hours. They have huge greens that are in great shape and have 2 tear greens. Would highly recommend playing this course

The Rose is an impressive course with many features. Best public option in the area.

The greens were recently sanded and they are rolling terrible right now. Also, no one fixes divots and the greens are a minefield. Course layout is really nice and the greens could be amazing. Very challenging greens for a semi-private course.

Pace was very slow, waited on every hole after 1. No amenities on the course. Cart girl can’t sell alcohol, so she’s basically just driving around. They have a guy that comes. And sells pizza at the turn, but only there whe. He feels like it I guess. Wasn’t there this weekend.

Need to do better for the price.

Excellent course. Great hot deal. Normally a little pricey.

Staff is great only out done by the greens which are spectator. Only wish players fixed divots on greens and fairway.

Live in old bridge. Was very excited. Then found out how expensive it is. But gave it a shot anyway.

Very open and wide fairways. Great looking down to the pin. However, you will see others playing into the adjacent hole from your fairway.

Too hilly. Geens unreadable and fast. And no nine hole.

At hole 8 had the ranger come up to me and my son. Told us to pick up the pace. Meanwhile our other two in our group were playing in front of us. Why cone to us? I looked behind us and there was no one pushing. Who is complaining? Finished hole 9 and approached hole 10. Only to find a pizza store? Why rush us if the group in front of us is still eating pizza? Did I upset you before? I don’t think so, this is my first (and last) time teeing off here.

I’m currently on the 18th tee over 4 hours into a round as a threesome on a cloudy drizzly day. There is a foursome holding up the entire course. They are 2 groups ahead with a twosome between us. We have literally waited on every shot of the day. There is no one in front of them. If the people are too slimy to wave people through then the course has to do something.

Course layout was great, conditions very good. Challenging. If you didn’t know it was public you’d think it was a private club. Visually on par with private courses. Friendly staff. Only issue that disappointed were the conditions of the bunkers and no place to eat inside the building. It was windy the day I played. Ended up. Because I loved the course so much, I will definitely come back.

This is a great course and very reasonably priced great condition especially like the layout
