Webbs Reserve Golf Club

Many real-estate golf courses are, to put it bluntly, not about the golf. The course is mainly a green space that homes overlook, with homeowners paying a premium for that privilege. So it is encouraging to see a course like Webbs Reserve, with a bit more thought put into the design, albeit with a characteristically circuitous (and utterly unwalkable) routing. I really like some of the greens here, especially the short par-4 4th, a long, rippling rectangle.

this course is one of the best i have played for the money, Greens are lighting fast and in perfect condition. Layout is challenging but gettable if your hitting it straight

Course condition was good. Pace of play was a touch slow. Staff was friendly!

Great course and staff, fun driving range and chipping/putting.

Neighborhood around course is under construction and many cart paths are dirt w/ potholes (course cart paths not complete due to neighborhood construction) it would be nice to have contractors lay gravel and compact where paths are currently dirt.

Course is beautiful with lots of long holes. I’m a beginner so it is challenging, can’t wait to come back and play again!

Both this course and Babcock are new and really nice. Long drive to get to them, but the courses are top notch. Greens are hard, but new, in time they will soften. Recommend to any golfer.

I love this layout and how unique the course is, especially around the greens. Another year or two it will be incredible, especially as on course amenities get put in

Course is on great condition. Surrounding areas are all under construction, along with much of the cart paths. Construction is not a distraction except for cart driving and aesthetics of the course. Ample sand and water to make it a little challenging, but only a little. I'm 82 and played III tees at 6371 yds. This distance is normally challenging for me but drives were running easily on fairways which made course play shorter. I shot 76. Will definitely play again, but will also wait a year. Would like to see cart paths completed, and some of the construction also done to give course some character.

Still new course. Great fun. Best conditions I saw in 2 drought weeks. Good landing areas and tough green complexes. I really enjoyed it. Too bad it will probably get jammed as development around it gets built.

Pretty decent course. Still under construction on and off the course (mostly off). Once completed I'm sure it will be a great place to play. Very similar to Wellen Park.

Second time playing here. Construction still underway around the course but the course itself is in excellent condition. The layout is pretty typical Florida not a lot of elevation or contours but some. Many strategic bunkers and water hazards that provide some good risk reward shot decisions. Greens are undulating and trickiest part of the course. Fairly fast. Overall enjoyed the course at the price $79 and will go back again.

Course is in great condition besides the construction on the Course

Weather was a wonderful 70 degrees. Teamed up with a women abd two guys. Started off fun, but the women were down the middle abd the guys were in the water, in the trees, which slowed us down. It didn't help that the other groups slowed down and it took 4 5 hours to finish, but seemed even longer. The women like to play fast abd the guys told us later that they just wanted to have fun. We all like to have fun, but we like to play steady which also improves our game. The wind didn't help. The course is still under construction, but it is fun to come back and see the progress made each time.

This course was a little out of the way but worth it - just opened a few months ago and conditions were great. If you want a fancy clubhouse or restrooms stay away, they are in trailers. But if you want an interesting layout with beautiful greens and fairways this is it. Definitely a lot of construction going on but that can be ignored.
