Southington Country Club

I booked a round here for $40 so I thought until you get to the counter and they charge you a cart fee!! Never heard of this before and have played here for multiple years in the past. Never paid more than $40. So a $60 round, no water provided on the course, all mud everywhere. Cart paths in rough shape in most places. Not their finest hour today. I understand its been raining but you are still gonna charge $60 to play on a Tuesday morning in these conditions?? Sand traps all mud most filled with water.

Can play multiple other courses in the area for $35 with cart. This app has their prices $20 less, and that is what should be honored on their website!! Sent email complaint asking for refund or a free round, lets see if I hear back. Bad job guys!!

Greens were in spectacular shape, all the more amazing being on November 7th!!!

Tough day with leaves so we used a lot of LEAF BALLS.

Considering all the rain the course was very playable.

Looking forward to playing a lot of WINTER golf at the Southington Country Club!! Great job!

I purchased a hot deal through Golf Now. It was well worth it. Despite the frost delay, we had a great round on a well groomed, decent layout course. The greens at in very good shape currently. It’s a tough time of year with the leaves falling, so that slowed the pace slightly (looking for balls in the leaves). It is a short course, but still has challenges with small and sloped greens.

Well worth the price we paid.

Back Nine pub was great.

Played with 2 friends that are low single digit handicappers from another course. A first time here for one of them. He LOVED the course. He’ll be back. I’m always back.

Started Late way backed up and a 5 hour plus round to boot.. Now I know why I don't play on the weekends but figured a tee time of 1:30 on a Sunday during football season would be uncrowded,,, I was wrong. I would suggest to play earlier on any day. When the sun is setting last few holes are hard to see with the sun directly in your face.
