Ladies tee box markers
Could not find the ladies tee boxes. You need to put in the red blocks. It’s like discrimination against women.
Course condition was poor
I found the greens were in good condition but the rough was crabgrass and dirt. The course was covered in leaves which made finding your ball tough even in the fairways. It took 3 and a half hrs to play 12 holes at which point I left. Even though the cost was only $45 I wouldn't play here again.
Play it - great track
You won’t be disappointed with the challenge and layout. Like playing two different niines. Enjoy.
Handicap is wrong
My friends and I live the course. It’s challenging but fun. The course was in great condition.i recommend the course.
Hole #2 is not the hardest hole. It’s one of the easier ones. Hole # 6 is the hardest hike with Hole #7 as the next hardest. Ion both, you must hit straight. The slope on both fairways are tough. Then the greens (especially on hole 6) are real tough.
Needs improvement
Course was very dry tee boxes in poor condition also looked as if no maintenance done for a few days. Have played when course was very good condition. This was disappointing. I will grant it was windy and leaves were blowing down.
Great course- great value - Greens in excellent shape
Great course.
Make sure you play from the right tees for your driving ability. It will matter. Also, GPS map in my Apple device and my playing partners Garamond device showed holes 1-9 but they were actually 10-18. The same reversal for the other nine.
Worst golf day of 2024
I have played at Crestbrook a number of times in the past several years but unfortunately yesterday was my last. While it was a holiday, 18 holes is not the time for new golfers to play a round during prime tee time, the ranger disregarded others on the course and allowed this group to hold up the course with two and sometimes three holes open making the round painful while waiting on the tee box up to 10 minutes. Also, while some may enjoy music while playing, there should be limitations on the volume.
Wonderful Greeens
What a total hidden gem. The greens were in perfect shape. All around fun course to pay. I cam across this course as I had to complete a work assignment in the area and looked it up. I'm really glad I did. I will put this on my return list.
