Nice Course.....and some crazy fast greens!!!
Sussex Pines is a great option if you want some great golf that won't kill your budget! The course was in great shape, especially after all the rain the area has had over the last several weeks. It was especially nice to see that people that play there cared for the greens. Only twice did I see a non-repaired divot on any green. Speaking of the greens....they were recently cut and rolled over several times which provided close to a table top finish. By far the fastest greens I've played this year. The course pro welcomed us and provided a few tips on the lay of the land. We didn't eat lunch but I've heard the food in the restaurant is above average also. It was hot but overall an excellent day. The front is a little more open with the tall pines coming more into play on the back. I recommend everyone grab a Golf Now deal to Sussex Pines, you'll enjoy playing there.
Great track
The course was in great condition. You have to keep it straight off the tee. Woods on both sides of the fairways on most holes. Greens very receptive to approach shots. The greens have some slopes and quick.
Greens in great shape
It was a wet day but course was still in good shape. Not sure if they leave the rough high all the time or if because of the recent weather. Hit the fairway or loose a stroke. People were very friendly and accommodating . I was on vacation and made a tee time at the last minute- they could not have been friendlier. Price was a little on the high-side for the price.
Good course for price and location
This isn't a super course but isn't a bad course either. This was a value golf course for the beach area. Staff was friendly. Pro shop was basic. Most holes were alike but still fun to play.
Very. Nice
Very nice course. Lined with trees , it has an old course feel. Not your links style course normally found at the beach resorts. Very friendly staff.
Nice course, rough was really thick an long. Stay on the fairway. Greens were nice.
Well worth playing. Hope to play again. Read all above
Friendly staff and great course
