Great day
Great pace of play. Challenging without being frustrating. Greens play true and overall conditions were nice.
Favorite course in Delaware
I love the layout and the staff are super friendly. Course was had a few tough fairways and greens could use a little work, but I always enjoy Delcastle
Great day!
It was an extremely hot day but the coarse and greens were in great shape despite the heat. The staff was great, they even had a guy come around with a cooler of ice water during our round which was much appreciated. Overall great day!
Gold is great here
Had a wonderful round here. Course was in great condition. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this place. Price is lower then pay but do not think that takes away from an incredible time.
Always a fun round
George is the best starter around. Brandon always doing a good job managing everything. This course gets a lot of play and they still keep it looking solid. Always a fun round.
Not best conditions
I played later in the day. Course is not in best shape. Probably wont be back anytime soon. It wasn’t a bad price as we goofed later in the day, but not a great course.
Ok shape not 4 stars
Greens were good, fairways not so much Fairways were thin in many areas. Greens were pretty good other than a lot of ball marks not fixed by players. Hilly course with greens on the par 3 holes being very downhill while a lot of approach shots on par 4 and 5’s bring very uphill. Staff was very friendly. Decent value for the money.
Good shape
Given the course a break. Some of the fairways were soaked in spots. Greens in good shape. Staff friendly. Some fairways are blind shots. If you don't have a GPS that shows where the carts are on front of you....be careful! Have one of your carts drive ahead to see if it is save to tee off. Prices went up this year. Veteran discount available. Some holes I like because of the elevation on them.
Great day out there
The weather could not have been better. The staff was fantastic and super friendly. The course was in great condition. Had an awesome experience and will most certainly be back!!
Gumba Golf
Course Conditions Were Compatible To More expensive courses in the area. Greens rolled true and were not overly fast. Bunkers are in Great Shape. (1st hand experience)
Staff was pleasant and despite what I’ve heard and experienced in the past they were actually very friendly. It was extremely hot so the smart golfers were almost done when we teed off. We were almost the lone twosome on the back 9.
