Adding a ranger helped move things along. Course in great shape and pace of play much better

This course is always in very good shape. The fairways are wide. This is not a difficult course and there really aren't any forced shots. The fairways are flat. Very little awkward lying shots also. Bunkers aren't bad. Some rocks but mostly sand. You have to beware of insects that decide to call the bunker their home, but it's the summer time so I've seen that at other courses. Tee boxes are in great shape. There has been very little rain at the time I played so some parts of the tee boxes were hard to put the tee into ground.

Greens run slow but are in very good condition. Most greens are relatively flat with some undulating.

Frinedly staff all the time. No cart person that comes around. No toilets or water while on the course.

Always a good price to play.

Played as a 4 some in 3.5 hrs for a 11:40 tee time on a Thursday. Course is in as good as shape as ever! Played last year and mentioned the bunkers needed some love. Well, contrary to recent reviews, the bunkers were good. Most needed some sand, but all of them have been attended to recently. More then I can say about a lot of courses coming out of quarantine.

White tees are about 6400 but doesn’t feel that long. It was nice to see a difference from fairways to rough. Tees and greens were in great shape and rolled fast. For some reason they put the hole on 18 in the 6 foot area of the green that was beat up. Still a good day of golf for a good price.

Course was in good shape in general, although the sand traps need some work and perhaps some kind of drainage system. Greens and fairway were in nice shape and the pace of play was good.

First time playing - loved the course. Hit all my clubs which is a good indication of the course’s competitiveness. Will definitely be back.

First time playing Delcastle this year and it’s in really fine shape

Have played this course a number of times. It is in the best condition I have ever played. Fairways, greens and tee boxes are wonderful. Even the 1st cut was reasonable. Can be high At times and losing a ball just off the fairway is not unusual. Not today. Walked the course in just under 4 hours. Did not have to wait on any hole. Let a 3 some play through once. Lovely.

I’m not a big hitter but I’m prone to get a little erratic off the tee by that is ok at Delcastle. The wide open and scenic course is great fun. Bring the big dog and let him eat as you have several great chances at birdies with big drives. The course has never been in better shape that I can remember and all the greens except 18 are in fantastic shape as well. Hardly any water except to the left fairway on 10 And only the most mis hit of slices can get you in trouble in a downhill par 3 on hole 9. Starters and staff are courteous and friendly. The driving range across the street and the chipping green behind the clubhouse are tops too. Love playing here when I need to give my game a confidence boost.

This course favors big hitters as you will appreciate its wide open fairways that allow you to grip it and rip it off the tee. It also is very well maintained so if you do have a miss you won’t be spending time searching for your ball. The greens are in tremendous shape with the exception of 18 which is a bit rough. Clubhouse staff /starters are very friendly.

Course condition and pace of play is good. But all putting green need some work to do. Bumpy, slow and air blow for seeds and dirt

Playing today was a nice pace even though the course was busy.

Staff was friendly and inviting. Course layout was good and forgiving. Only issue that day was the pace of play. Was just me and a friend and we waited a lot after the 6th hole. Otherwise I’d come again and play. Didn’t loose a single ball.

Not the best... definitely better than some alternatives in the area.

Played here a bunch of times this year and it’s withstood the harsh summer and high volumes this season. Still in great shape, and much better than what I originally played on a few years ago. And for a $30 hot deal, can’t beat it. Course isn’t that difficult and greens don’t roll really true, ball line stays pretty straight regardless of the break looks like. But I’ll take the conditions and value any day.
