If you want to test your game or a golf course with great holes, greens and fairways this is the place. You better be hitting it straight or triple bogey is in your future.

Tough but a great time
This is the toughest course of the ones we play, but the course was in great shape, and play was fast on a beautiful Friday.

Great view and dynamic layout
Layout is so dynamic and the lawn care and staff are kind and good . everything is so wonderful for the price.
Little bit hard for beginners.
Definitely will come back and recommend to friends.

80 in April
Course was in great condition for mid April. 80 degrees on a Saturday, I was able to get an AM tee time. It’s a bit of drive from Chicago but worth it. The staff is great. Looking forward to playing again.

Good mountainous course
I have played many times over last 2 years or so.
This time I found some evidence of renovation such as cutting trees. Also new golf GPS was installed on the cart. Unfortunately there were not many people playing probably due to cold weather, although not too cold. I played fast because of no back up player. I am sure will play again, i rives about 45 min to course.

Excellent Golf Course
The overall Course is in great conditions, challenging yet, fun and interesting layouts, very friendly staff members, I totally recommend this course and looking forward to play here again in the near future!

No driving range
No range, 5 hour plus round is normal. Complained to pro shop; no real concern there. Potentially great layout with woods and creeks. Not worth the drive from North suburbs.
All around great
Had a great experience there. The staff was very friendly,, everyone from the pro shop to the Marshall to the kitchen staff, all very very nice and friendly. Course was in great conditions. Challenging course so you have to be on your A game. I’ll be back this season.

All good except pace of play.
Can we please get back to proper course time management and etiquette?!? A 5+ hour round is unacceptable. The ranger was moving around, but obviously not too effective. Groups that search for balls excessively or hold up because they think they have the magic 250 yard second shot into the green are bad for golf. Get real.
A gentle reminder for those that forgot or never learned proper time management on a course because you picked up some clubs during the Covid crisis…
1. Don’t look behing you…look ahead AND
2. If the hole is open in front of you, you are slowing the pace. Pick up your ball and move to the next hole. Let those behind you to enjoy golf again.
