Uncle Remus Golf Course

Course was in great condition and had some challenging layouts on a few. Not going to rank near some of the private courses in the area but a great value pick

We had an amazing time at Uncle Remus this weekend. I was on vacation with my family and found this course nearby on GN. Other than 1-2 greens that had some rough spots, the course was extremely enjoyable, especially for the value. The layout of the course is great, offering plenty of rolling hills, elevated greens, and fun par 5's. Uncle Remus provided unmatched value on a very enjoyable layout, will definitely play again when in the area.

Not worth the $46 to play. This is a $20 18 hole course max! It's 9 holes that you play twice. Craters on the greens. I did like the layout though. Has potential to be a decent 9 hole course.

Great course. Especially for the money. Lots of courses in this area are over a hundred so this value was so welcomed. Lots of variety of shots. Nice layout. The greens need work but what do u expect for that price. I love the rabbits everywhere. I’ll be back for sure.

Good layout, nice golf carts, nice pro shop, friendly and professional staff. The greens and tee boxes need some love. If the greens were in good condition, they would give you a real challenge. They are small, raised greens with plenty of undulations, and if your ball gets too close to the edge of the green, it’s likely going to roll 10ft or more off of the green. The greens are a bit shaggy which is probably the only way to get a ball to stop close to the hole. I hope they get the sandy depressions on some of the greens fixed soon. It’s basically ground under repair but on the actual green. Still, I’ll go back when I can get a good deal. Full price is a bit pricey for the course conditions.

We enjoyed our day of golf at Uncle Remus! My husband and I are not great golfers. Course was challenging but not too hard!

This is an executive 9-hole course in fair condition. The fairways were in good condition but the greens are suffering from heat-wilt with multiple bare spotswhile the fairways had myltiple puddles from poor drainage. The staff makes up for it with their great customer service. The course marshal is friendly and knowledgeable and keeps the pace of play moving well. We watched him correct a less-than attentive mother that was helping her 10-year-old play when the boy struck a green out of frustration with his wedge. This course is well worth the money, but you should manage your expectations.

Loved this course. Enjoyed playing multiple tee boxes. The rabbits are in great shape!

Management has put dramatic improvements into course and seems to have committed going forward with more improvement in the future. Tee boxes are very good, fairways are excellent and greens are improving greatly. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I will be playing more often in the future.

The course is 9 hole information that needs to be known before booking. It would help to know that the course is under repair before booking.

Big improvements this year, paved cart paths, grass and greens much better. Club house stocked with gear and food. Staff are great, very friendly. Still a par 3 city course but for the prices you cannot beat it.
