I play here every week on your hot deals with two or three others. Is there a way where you could stop this rediculous repeating of asking me to review this course every time I play.
Staff Freindliness
The person at the pro shop needs to have some coaching and bedside manners. Initially he said t ok wait for a while and then 10 minutes later he said that he’s not seeing any reservation for me!!! What a crock of ...........
Unreal. I could see he was looking at it and my booking was staring him on his face but he still had the audacity to tell me differently. He said that I could start if I wait another half an hour.
Anyways I had a bad start because of the guy.
Nice Trac, nothing to get excited about. Staff could stand to be a bit friendlier. Only a Golf Now hot deal got me to visit this year.
worth a look
pace of playw as great - 3 hours 15 minutes for 18. Fairways good, some tee boxes beat up, greens OK but a little slow. Bunkers a little inconsistent. Some rolling fairways and a little tight at times but not too bad. OK for the price - we paid $45 with cart in the afternoon. Odd issue at start as "members" groups coming off 18 green would then just go to #1 tee box and start again from the forward tees without even talking to the groups waiting on the tee with paid tee times. Happened twice before we complained and the third group that tried it soon disappeard to the 10th tee after we voiced our displeasure..

Classic, but challenging
This course looks classic, I mean total yardage is not too long, but challenging.
Many trees and hazards..I like to play at this course.
Beautiful Course!
Never having played the Lake Barrington Shores course before, I was pleasantly surprised at how picturesque it was! I really enjoyed it. We played on a weekday, so the course wasn’t crowded at all. Easy on, easy off and well cared for. The fairways are narrow at times, so hitting straight is important. Cart paths are in need of repairs in a few spots and some of the greens were a bit messy, but overall, it was a well-cared for course. It’s quite hilly, so a cart is your best option.
