Nice layout
Play here a lot . Nice course conditions for the amount of play . Challenging enough for the intermediate golfer .
Bloomin Course
Course was generally in good shape. Late in the morning, though, many holes had not blown off leaves and many greens had piles of goose droppings. Also we were very disappointed that the grill and or halfway house were not open that day precluded any food or drinks.

Challenging
This golf course has a mixture of short and long holes. The greens were in excellent condition.

Well maintained course
Fun course to play. Park district really takes care of the fairways and greens. Not a difficult course to play and is enjoyable.

Solid course and value.
This course really doesn't stand out in any one area but that's not a knock on it. It gets a lot of play and is in good condition. Some of the bunkers could use a bit more sand. The front nine is a lot longer than the back nine which for seniors is a bit challenging. They could use another set of tees, shorter than the whites but longer than the yellows. Greens are fair. Some have some trickier sloping than others which can make it tough when playing here the first time. Green speeds are just right and greens in exceelent shape

Love this course!!!
As always the staff is great here!! The course was in immaculate condition!!!! Blowing leaves off the greens, dragging for them in the fairway. I guess its just not the type of thing i"m used to seeing at the end of september. The more i play here the more i like it!!

Very Well Kept, Front 9 a bit boring, back 9 gets interesting
Kinda wish they’d flip the back 9 and front 9. Every hole on the front is straight away with a thin fairway, scattered trees along the sides. You won’t lose a ball, there’s not much water or thick brush anywhere. Didn’t have a par 3 to shake things up for too long.
The back 9 is much more interesting with some dog legs, watery par 3s and interesting bunker locations and even some elevated tees.
Overall the course was in spectacular condition. Really hard to find better value for the money anywhere. Would definitely come here again.

Non Existent Rangers
I had to abandon this round after nine while playing on a 5 hour pace. The foursome in front were screwing around, playing slow like they were the only ones out there and for the entire front nine not a single ranger. And it wasn't like there were groups in front of that foursome, there weren't. They made a nice day miserable and it was totally preventable.

Conditions
Played here several times and I am always pleasantly surprised with the amount of traffic this course gets it’s always in great shape. The layout is challenging and the hole pictures are beautiful.

SlowDay
I quit like this course. But it was moving too slow! Truly wished I could finish the round. Two more holes left and I was told to turn in the cart because it was getting dark.

Slow Play
Foursome in front of us waited until the group in front of them was on the green prior to teeing off. They would hit their tee shots 100 yards. Rangers needed to speed up their play!
