This place was amazing everything about it met my expectations and made my experience amazing

Nice layout. Attractive course that definitely links with nature as advertised. Enough water hazards to keep your attention.

Hot and windy day. Course was rather empty for a Saturday afternoon. 3:15 pace. Friendly staff. Grass tee range.

We were cautioned in the pro shop that the conditions were playing fast. True to that, several approaches needed to be played short to allow for run up. Same for most chips. Greens were a good pace and very consistent.

The only shot that checked was the 315 yard drive that my partner hit directly into the par 4 6th hole from the blue tees. Go figure.

The course was basically vacant with a few groups scattered throughout. Our prepaid time was 10:40. We were told we could not tee off until 10:40 because it was prepaid. I understand when the course is booked however our 1st tee was vacant. In my opinion management needs to consider the current tee sheet when enforcing that rule. We sat for 30 minutes without anyone teeing off.

That said the course was in great condition and played fast and firm. We will go back.

Great day with 2 of my boys and son in law. Weatherman said it was going to rain but they were wrong. Played just under 4 hours. Would have been quicker but we had a couple of bad holes where we were searching for wild shots

Blackberry Oaks is a great challenging track. The rates are always reasonable however a ranger would be helpful; Not to harass but to keep groups moving.

The course was easy to find. The conditions were a little wet but not sloppy. Seems has good drainage. Fairways and rough were cut nicely. Greens were in good condition, not many old ball marks, good speed. Sand in traps leaves something to be desired. They look like very small pea gravel, with larger rocks mixed in. Not what I would want to use a good club in if I didn't want a mark on them. Carts were nice but no ball cleaners, no yardage / GPS attached. But quick with good shocks for smooth ride. The course layout is very nice, some challenging approach shots with traps placed close to greens. All in all I would say well worth the price I paid, (about $30 with fees), and wasn't so tough that my partner, who hasn't played much in recent years, was able to enjoy a nice round although he did shoot a high score. Other partner shot 39 on front but slid on back. My 90 is nothing to brag about but I enjoyed the course. Good Hotdogs! I would recommend this course to players of all levels.

Never played the course. Was well designed, and was fun to play. Landscaping was spot on. Club house had a bathroom odor. No one said good luck or have a nice round. Walked right by the cart attendants, they never said a word to me after making eye contact.

The course was in great conditions. Only issues that I had was the beverage cart only stop by once in the front nine but didnt see her. The pace of course was ranked average because of an outing. Overall great time.

Course was in great shape, people were friendly, great atmosphere

I really like this course. Is in fantastic condition, bunkers are a little wispy for my liking but are consistent. They had a member scramble the day I played. Course was really tough with all the pins tucked in the corners. Hard to believe it was built in 1993. Feels like it has been there longer. This one is in the rotation.

If you are willing to take a ride out from Chicago, highly recommend this links style course. Good layout and has its challenges for types of golfers.

Holes offered great variety of challenges. Fairways and greens were in very good condition. The perfect weather added to the great day on the course.

The course and overall layout and overall conditions are spectacular.

The only problem I ran into was there were no "tee" designator signs so if you havent played the course frequently your wont know where to go for the next tee. Ive played there 4 or 5 times and still missed two holes the way it is set up.{ the back nine}

This course has several risk-reward holes in it makes it enough of a challenge for the beginner intermediate and advanced golfers .

I thought the staff was relatively friendly and the course was in good condition for this time of year. I look forward to playing it again soon

One of the best courses in the far Western suburbs. This course gets a lot of play and for the most part the staff does an excellent job of keeping up with everything. This course is more difficult than it looks with some very strategically placed hazards and water.

Course was in good shape although a couple fairways had just been aerated. Carts need a little attention. First one I had never made it past the first hole. The second one was a bit sluggish. Never seen a course where there were so many unrepaired ball marks on the greens but maybe that''a just do to a lot of lazy golfers. Overall, this is a good and challenging course and will play again.
